Being An Empath In A Pandemic

There is a bigger picture to be understood around the pandemic. COVID is helping to cleanse old energies that no longer serve us. Fear and anger rise from an inability, or a resistance, to processing the new energies. Empaths can help the new energies come into the planet by allowing them to move through without resistance, without getting caught up in the fear and anger. As lightworkers, we need to be helping one another.

I needed to hear this. Ever since March, I have not felt like myself. I feel drained on so many levels. I live in Nova Scotia and we have been dealing with Covid-19, the aftermath of a mass shooting, a plane crash and a helicopter crash, just to name a few tragedies.

You've given me much to consider. 🙏
