The Third Eye Chakra, or Ajna, is located between the eyebrows and is associated with the color indigo. It governs intuition, insight, and mental clarity. This chakra is the center of our inner vision and wisdom, influencing our ability to see beyond the physical realm.

Allow yourself to relax, ideally with your eyes closed (alpha brain waves). Let go of the words and let them float into your subconscious mind. Release all effort. Release all trying.
