A very specific set for those of you who are working with Intermittent Fasting. Background: This is an eating pattern that involves alternating periods of fasting (not eating) with periods of eating. It is not focused on the types of foods you eat but rather on when you eat them. This approach to eating has gained popularity for potential health benefits and weight management. There are several different methods of intermittent fasting, but the basic concept is the same: cycling between periods of eating and fasting. Allow yourself to relax, ideally with your eyes closed (alpha brain waves). Let go of the words and let them float into your subconscious mind. Release all effort. Release all trying.
