So good to be here with you once again.
And yeah,
It's a day.
It's another opportunity.
Each moment is that golden opportunity where in a holy instant it can all change.
It can all shift for us.
And so yeah,
Let's take a moment now.
Let's breathe in nice and deep and hold that breath for a moment.
And now let that go.
Just let it go,
Shoulders dropping.
Bringing yourself into your awareness,
Into this moment to be still,
To be still and contemplate for a moment some things in life.
And I invite you to allow my words to be your words as we embark on your daily presence number four.
I welcome this day.
I welcome this moment.
And I am welcome to this space and place in time.
Everything I want for myself and for my life comes from within me.
I am the radiant light.
I am loved and fulfilled.
I raise my hand to my forehead in honor of my understanding.
I rest my hand on my heart and am filled with love.
I placed my hand on the belly of my wisdom and I embrace the knowledge to seek heaven here on earth to know that all is already given.
It is through my giving that I allow the full flow of life to unfold.
It is in giving that I too receive and I welcome all that is to come to me this day.
