And welcome to today's meditation.
A couple of things before we dive in.
One is in the background there is a binaural pulse that is generated that's running at 8 Hz,
And for this we suggest wearing headphones and also just a cautionary tale.
If you're a child or if you're pregnant or if you've ever been prone to seizures,
Use extreme caution when using this meditation.

So we're going to tap a little bit into meditation here and we're going to do something really,
Really simple.
And it's just going to require our breath and our inside eyes.
I invite you,
I just invite you to allow yourself,
Just allow yourself to be.
So what I mean by that is there's nowhere we're trying to get to.
There's no place we need to go.
Okay,
We're just,
Wherever we are is perfect and however we are is perfect.
And inside of that,
We can practice something.
So my intention as we move into this meditation right now,
My intention is that we all see,
Including me,
That we all see that there is a beautiful opportunity to just be.
And when we just be,
Then we're being.
I invite you to just settle into this moment.
And if you're seated,
You can put your thumb and forefinger together and rest your hands on your legs,
Palms up,
Open.
If you're laying down in bed,
You can stretch out your arms and do the same thing.
And if you're standing as I am,
I will just stand with my hands in that same position,
Open.
Open and ready to receive and open and ready to share.
And I invite you to gently close your eyes.
If you're not comfortable closing your eyes,
You can find a spot on the floor,
Just a couple of feet in front of you or just drop your gaze down a little on a wall and just focus and softly settle your focus.
Just soften your gaze.
And begin to notice that you're here,
You're breathing,
Your breath is moving in and out.
And we'll just leave these feelings,
These thoughts that were running through all of us.
We can just leave those at this little door now.
We're going to close this little door behind us where those thoughts and feelings can be just left outside that door.
And I invite you to now move into your inside eyes.
And imagine that your eyes are now gently shifting up and focusing on that spot right between your eyebrows at the bridge of your nose.
And you're just looking from the inside at that spot.
And bring a gentle smile to your face.
And notice that there's thoughts that want to run away with you.
They want to take you on a journey down a stream.
Just imagine those thoughts or leaves in that stream and you can actually just let them go.
Bring yourself back to your breath.
Bring your inside eyes on that spot between your eyebrows.
Anytime you get carried down that stream with a thought,
Just gently remind yourself,
Oh yeah,
I'm bringing myself back to my breath now.
We continue holding this space together.

Just saying them as a gentle mantra.

You can begin to wiggle your fingers and rotate your shoulders.
Open your eyes and bring yourself back to this space and time.
