This guided healing meditation and visualization is to support easing the pain that can come from a monthly period. We will stay together through breath, visualization, and with the intention of being present to support with easing the discomfort and healing the pain.

Finding yourself here in this space.

Landing by either lying down or remaining seated or perhaps you're lying over a bolster,

Maybe you're in cat cow position,

Moving into whatever position feels good for you at this time,

Knowing that any discomfort that arises at this very moment in your cycle will be moved through,

Will be transcended,

Will be no longer.

This is just a blip,

Just a moment,

Breathing in deeply down into the belly and softening the shoulders away from the ears,

Softening the body deeper into the space and as you breathe in allow this light,

This pink light to move into the body.

This pink light from around your aura is breathed in deeply through the nose,

Down into the belly and as you exhale your body softens,

Relaxes,

Moves into the space,

Expands into the space.

This pink light continues to swirl and whirl around the belly until it finds its way down into the womb.

It penetrates the walls of the womb,

Begins to dance,

Touching every edge of the womb space,

Swirling and whirling,

Breathing in this pink light,

Exhaling to soften,

Breathing in this pink light and exhaling to soften,

Softening the shoulders,

Loosening the jaw,

Moving into this space and this spaciousness you're creating.

This pink light continues to grow and glow with every inhale.

Your whole belly and pelvis begins to radiate this pink light.

It begins to travel down the fallopian tube right fast,

Touching the edges,

Meeting the right ovary,

Breathing in as you allow this light to expand and then it moves around the left fallopian tube,

Touching the edges to meet the left ovary,

Knowing that this space doesn't have to be physically there to energetically receive on either side this gift of this pink light.

Breathing in the pink light,

Exhaling to soften by another 10%.

This pink light grows and glows continuously as you inhale,

Adjusting the body as you need at this time.

This pink light begins to travel down,

Down through the cervix,

This gate,

Flowing with any bleed,

Moving out of the vagina,

Down past the labia,

Pouring down into Mother Earth below.

Mother Earth takes whatever you're ready for her to take,

Any discomfort,

Any emotions,

Any challenges taken by Mother Earth as you pour and gift this pink light into her.

Inhaling that pink light,

Softening again by another 10%,

Moving as you need.

Your whole pelvis and belly is alive with this pink light,

Touching every area needed.

This pink light is pouring down into Mother Earth.

Be here with this for just a moment longer,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Surrendering,

Being present with whatever sensations are arising for you at this time,

Breathing into those sensations,

Moving with those sensations.

They're here to guide,

Guide you to slow,

Guide you to tune into your needs,

Your inner rhythms.

No need to chastise,

Simply be with them.

Ask the sensations what it is that they need at this time.

Inhaling this pink light,

Surrendering,

Even if it's just a further 5%,

Moving and adjusting.

And on the next inhale,

Allow the light to begin to fade,

But know that you can access it at any point.

Continue to tune in to the wisdom of the body,

The sensations as they arise throughout the rest of your time and day with this particular part of your cycle.

Honoring yourself with those needs,

Being with whatever arises at any given moment and asking the body what it is that the body needs right now,

Holding you,

Loving you and continuing to support you through the rest of your day as you navigate whatever sensations are arising,

Sending love.
