Welcome.

It's time to go in words and quiet the mind.

We'll breathe in the nose and out the mouth,

Taking intermittent holds between series of breaths.

So make yourself comfortable.

Let's get started by releasing all the air from your lungs.

Getting ready to pause at the bottom for 15 seconds.

Hold it here.

The mind begins to slow down.

Just a few more seconds.

Now breathe in and flow.

Getting ready to hold once again.

Now hold your breath.

And now let's start to flow again in three,

Two,

One.

And now we'll pick up the pace and double the speed.

Here we go.

Release.

Hold at the bottom.

Let the mind quiet as completely as possible.

There's no need to think.

Just enjoy experiencing your beingness.

Full breath in.

Slow breath out.

And now let's start round two.

Releasing.

Getting ready to pause at the bottom for 15 seconds.

Hold it here because sometimes a short pause is all you need.

Just a few more seconds.

Now breathe in and flow.

Getting ready to hold once again.

Now hold your breath.

Let this be a reminder that we can find the stillness in every moment.

And now let's start to flow again in three,

Two,

One.

And now we'll pick up the pace and double the speed.

Here we go.

Take a big breath in.

Release.

Hold at the bottom.

For this moment,

Allow the mind to become empty.

And perhaps that can carry on for the next few moments as well.

Full breath in.

Slow breath out.

Take a breath in.

Let it go.

Round three.

Getting ready to hold.

Hold it here.

Just a few more seconds.

Now breathe in and flow.

Getting ready to hold once again.

Now hold your breath.

Prepare to breathe again in three,

Two,

One.

And we'll finish off by doubling the speed one last time.

Here we go.

Release.

Hold at the bottom.

A peaceful purge of all thoughts.

There's nothing to focus on here.

Not even the breath.

All right.

Take that full breath in.

Hold.

And let go of your breath.

Returning to your natural inhales and exhales.

Take the next couple of minutes to feel and enjoy the effects of this practice.

And continue to enjoy this calm state of mind.
