Hello,

Thank you so much for joining me for this guided visualization.

This practice,

We are working on the heart chakra.

So go ahead and set up your space,

Perhaps closing the door to the room that you are in.

Maybe lighting a candle or some incense.

And as always,

Try to have a writing utensil and something to write in nearby so you can have a stream of conscious journaling when the practice is complete.

And so when you're ready,

Closing down your physical eyes,

Getting out any final adjustments,

Or wiggles that you need so you can settle into a space of stillness.

And begin to bring your awareness to your breathing.

Inviting in a full belly inhale and exhale through the mouth.

Just letting go,

Surrendering in.

Again big breath in and exhale through the mouth.

And so begin to bring your awareness to your heart center.

Perhaps you can even feel your heart beating.

We want to start directing our breath here.

So follow your inhale,

Visualize it traveling into your heart space.

And as you exhale,

Relax and soften.

And so breathing into that heart space,

The chest rises.

And exhale,

Soften.

Just continuing this breath.

Big breaths into the chest.

And exhale,

Softening,

Relaxing a little more.

And stoking that heart center with fresh prana,

Fresh energy.

And when you're ready,

Take a full belly breath in and an exhale through the mouth.

And so as you breathe now,

Really allowing the breath to fall back to its natural rhythm,

I want you to visualize a green light at the center of your chest.

So taking a moment to just observe this light,

Noticing how it moves.

Is it dull?

Is it vibrant?

Seeing the color of green?

And if it helps,

Feel free to place your left hand over your heart center.

Bringing a physical,

Tangible awareness to your heart chakra.

And as you breathe here,

I would like you to visualize a green light expanding as you breathe in.

And as you breathe out,

That light contracts back in towards itself.

So each inhale,

That light grows and expands.

Each exhale draws back in towards itself.

And as that green light expands,

Visualize love and gratitude touching every place that green light touches.

And as you exhale,

Love and gratitude travel back in towards your heart center.

And allowing that green light to expand out as far and wide as you would like.

Perhaps it just encompasses your being.

Maybe it fills the entire home you're in.

Maybe it travels out through your town,

City,

Country.

Perhaps it expands around the entire world.

Just allowing that green light to expand to wherever feels most organic for you.

Taking one more final breath with this visualization here.

And with your exhale,

Releasing that light visualization.

Now see yourself standing in a thick,

Green forest.

You can see the texture of the leaves,

The different types of trees from pines to leafy maples and aspens to soft willows and birch to the evergreens and the spruce.

You can feel the cool grass and moss beneath your feet.

You look up to see an evening sky above you.

And place your hand over your heart and breathe into this space.

Smelling that fresh scent of leaves and pine.

And you start to notice a cool breeze kissing your cheeks,

Beginning to tussle your hair.

You release your hand from your heart space,

Letting your arms fall beside you,

Palms open wide.

And you feel this breeze begin to strengthen.

The wind picking up all around you.

You look up and see the leaves starting to dance in the wind.

You sense that Mother Earth has sent this cleansing wind to support you,

To help heal you.

With a big breath in,

You lift your chest to the sky and as you exhale,

The wind swirls around you,

Blowing through you.

The wind of Mother Earth passing through your heart chakra.

Blowing away anything that is blocking the center.

You hear the rustle of the leaves.

You feel a sense of ease,

A sense of lightness as you allow the winds to wash over you.

A swirl of green surrounds you as the leaves start to encompass your being.

Standing in the center of this gentle but strong wind,

You allow her to wash away anything you no longer need.

You take a big breath in and as you exhale,

You let out a scream,

Releasing anything else that is blocking your heart chakra.

Feeling safe and supported,

Encompassed by the scream leaves surrounding you.

You take another big breath in and as you exhale,

You fall to your knees,

The leaves gently falling around you as the wind has completely stopped.

You place both hands on the earth,

Taking in what just happened.

Feeling whatever emotions are within you to arise and releasing them to the earth.

You sit here a moment feeling held and supported by the earth beings,

By the trees,

Knowing you are safe and protected here.

And as the final leaves fall around you,

You look back up to the evening sky.

As she slowly begins to darken,

You know it's time to leave.

You take in one final glance of this thick green forest that has held you,

Supported you,

And cleansed you.

You trace your hands over the leaves,

Through the pines,

Sharing love and gratitude to this sacred space.

And then when you're ready to beginning to bring awareness back to your physical body,

Perhaps wiggling your toes,

Gently fluttering open your eyes.

And perhaps you just sit for a moment,

Absorbing your practice today.

And when you feel ready to,

I encourage you to journal about your experience,

Allowing a conscious stream of writing to flow through you.

Thank you so much for practicing with me today.

Be gentle with yourself as you move through your day,

And be sure to drink lots of water.

Namaste.
