So hello friends this meditation was recorded live at a wisdom circle i facilitated as we closed our circle i also read a poem by chelan harkin called i am done and i add this poem at the end of the meditation begin to gently arrive into your being into your body into you notice your breath moving in and out of your lungs as you're attentive to your breath recall remember that how how this breath carries on in every moment and it is a moment largely without us noticing that we are sustained by it that it nourishes and nurtures us that it is our very life so as we breathe we are breathing life the miracle and mystery of being alive that breath that miraculously moves through and around the body to every cell to every single part of us sustaining every moment a beloved in our breath divine life and love inhaled divine life and love exhaled the life and goodness and mercy and kindness of god within us and outside of us loving us in every moment welcoming arms open let that embrace find you lean into it let it bring you what you need in this moment know that that divine life is also you there is a union and emerging in this moment know that that divine life is also you there is a union and emerging you are held in the place where the vine and the branch meet and as you breathe out i invite you to begin to be attentive to your you-ness what makes you you who am i who am i as human and weird who am i as whole as joy as love as alive begin to reflect on you what do you need in order for life to flow and to work and to be well-oiled what nourishes and sustains you who are those people in your life that you love that offer you life that bring you a greater vision of yourself of your place in the world who celebrate you champion you and draw out your you-ness what gifts do you bring to the world name them and acknowledge them and let them be name them and acknowledge them celebrate them who do you dream of becoming on your transformational journey where are you being invited to grow and expand to trust to surrender where do you notice the work of your transformation of the beloved in your being at this time what do you dream of doing that you have vision that's enfolded in your heart waiting to to be given birth to do you have unspoken dreams allow yourself to dream and wonder in this moment without editing or capping or telling yourself it's not possible if anything were possible what do you dream for your life and as we end we're going to take a moment and as we end this meditation return once more to your you-ness in this moment to you in the room in the chair in your body in your breath in the mystery, Beauty and uniqueness of your being in the circle of life that you are and that you are living held in the heart of God loved seen celebrated if you can give thanks for you for the miracle of you I am done by Chelen Harkin God I am done with small meek prayers I feel a surging ocean of light within me and I would like it to flood the world you've placed enough gifts in me to satisfy eternity I would like them brought forth and unwrapped I am done playing small I want my poetry to soar high enough to kiss the sun and share stories of light with the world why would I not ask for my own greatness to be pulled forth like a tree from a seed I'm done thinking it unseemly to ask precisely for the vastness of desires you've placed in my chest to show themselves I am a temple holding you it seems it would bring joy to the both of us to make your mysteries and delights reveal themselves through me and I am ready I am the boldness of a universe that knows its potential is uncontainable and I'm ready to expand into unseen wondrous realms of my own self I am ready to receive your astonishment of all I might unfold to be I am ready to put myself forward and see how great beauty might rise to meet me
