The meditation " Tree of Strength" is a deeply grounding and empowering practice that connects you with the resilience and stability embodied by a majestic tree. As you close your eyes and settle into a comfortable position, take a few deep breaths to center yourself. As you settle and connect with your body, journey through this meditation, gently teaching your body how to soothe the nervous system and become stronger. You are also teaching your subconscious to let go and trust that you have the strength and resilience to deal with any situation that comes into your life easily, without being totally thrown by it. By regularly practicing this meditation, you will begin to notice that issues that arise, which might have in the past thrown you or sent you into a spin, no longer affect you in the same way.
