This gentle meditation will teach yor mind and your body that you are safe, and create more confidence and resilience. Anxiety is a primal responce that we all have, but we need not be ruled by it. Congratulate your Subcnsious for showing you the fire drill and now you can get on with your day, knowing that you are safe.

Welcome to the meditations.

Make sure you're sitting down comfortably,

You're in a warm place and a place that you're not likely to be disturbed.

Also,

Incredibly important,

No operating machinery or driving whilst listening to the meditations.

If you are doing two meditations together,

Ensure that one of those is the relaxation meditation first and then the meditation of your choice afterwards.

Do not mix and match them.

And also,

Let your subconscious listen to what I'm saying.

Any thoughts that are coming into your mind,

Notice that they're there and then let them disappear.

Do not engage with the thoughts that are coming into your mind.

Let your subconscious do the work.

Sit back,

Relax and enjoy the meditations.

And this is to help you overcome anxiety.

Knowing that anxiety are just thoughts.

That's all they are.

Just thoughts.

Thoughts about things that might not happen.

Things that will not happen.

Think about what will happen that is good.

Think about the possibilities of the things that will be good.

Think about the positive outcome.

And take yourself back to a point in time where you were not feeling anxious and you were complete and at ease with yourself and with everything around you and you were contented and not worried about a thing.

Go back to that point in time and feel it.

Feel how good it feels to know that everything is absolutely okay.

That you are safe and that everything is working out as it should work out.

And expand that feeling within you.

If you can,

Create a colour.

So does it have colour?

Give it colour.

Give it movement.

Does it swirl?

Has it got little bits within it?

Expand that beautiful feeling of knowing that you are absolutely fine and that you will and you can deal with any adversity that comes your way.

You've done it before.

You've it many times and that you are perfectly capable and very able to deal with any adversity.

So expand that feeling of feeling sure and feeling at ease with yourself and look to this present point in time and create a marker.

It could be a flag or a balloon.

Any marker you choose and plant it at this present point in time.

And with that beautiful feeling of knowing that you are absolutely capable and able to deal with any adversity that comes your way,

Turn to look at that flag that is planted in the present time.

And move forward to that flag,

Noticing any time that you've been anxious and how you've overcome it,

And how you've come through it,

And how well you've done because of it.

Noticing all of those lovely lessons that you picked up along the way and all of that wisdom that gathered as you overcame the things that you didn't think you could overcome,

But you overcame them anyway.

And take yourself forward,

Picking up all of these wonderful jewels of wisdom and learning and come to the present point where that marker is.

Amplifying that beautiful feeling,

That knowledge that you know you can deal with anything that comes your way.

And even mistakes give you a learning,

Give you a way of growing,

Knowing how much you have already learned through mistakes,

And through your successes,

And through facing your adversity,

And coming through times when you've been anxious and come through and succeeded,

Knowing that you have that capacity.

And extend that feeling inside your body as you stand at this present point in time and looking out into the future knowing that you've got all of this joy,

All of this adventure in front of you.

Knowing that you can deal with any situation that comes your way.

And going forward through the future,

Going forward with this beautiful feeling,

The colors and the sensations,

That you are capable and strong and have the ability to tackle anything that comes your way.

Noticing that you take everything in your stride,

Everything you deal with,

With grace and with joy.

And you're right out now at the edge,

To the edge of the universe,

And you're looking out over that amazing universe,

Looking at all the colors,

Knowing that you are fully capable of dealing with anything and everything that you've tackled.

And you've done it with grace and joy.

And you've been successful in so many areas of your life,

And this will continue.

And now turn and face that marker that you have put in this present point in time and look at how far you've come,

How many adventures that you've had,

How many things you've tackled,

You've dealt with,

And you've grown because of these things.

How wonderful your life is and your life is going to be.

And turning your back on that marker that you've planted in this present point in time,

Looking out into the future,

Expanding that feeling of being absolutely capable,

Confident with the ability to deal with all adversity that comes your way.

And very gently and very beautifully,

Pull yourself back to the marker that you have planted at this point in time,

Coming back knowing that you have achieved the things that you've set out to achieve,

Knowing that you have overcome problems and difficulties with ease and anything that you initially thought would get in your way,

You've dealt with easily and have grown because of it.

And as you come back to this present point in time,

Notice how good your body feels,

Knowing that you are complete and that you are strong,

And that you are capable of dealing with everything that life gives to you,

Knowing it is all an opportunity to learn and to grow.

And I'm going to count to one,

And on one,

You're going to come back feeling bright,

Excited and ready to tackle whatever's ahead of you,

And things that you were anxious about have gone,

You are no longer anxious.

And if anxiety comes up,

You smile and you say,

Hello little thought,

That's all you are.

And on three,

You know that you are complete and capable and ready to take on everything that lies before you.

And two,

Feeling wonderful within your body,

Knowing that you have got all the love inside you that you need to keep you safe and bring you success.

And one,

Coming back into the present,

Knowing that you are absolutely fully able and excited to go forward and tackle everything that comes your way.

And it fills you with joy at the thought of being capable,

Confident and complete.
