Morning Meditation To Connect With The Soul Of Your Business

Journey with me in this meditation to tune in and access the soul of your business. This beautiful practice will give you answers that will give you a "higher perspective" on what your business needs and next steps are.

Hi,

This is Therese Skelly and I want to talk to you today about a concept that is really going to help you have a super soulful,

Beautifully,

Spiritually connected and aligned business.

Who wouldn't love that,

Right?

You know a lot of us understand that we need strategy and it's important to know what you're doing but the work I do with my clients is to help them understand that their business actually has a soul.

See my belief is that if you have a soul,

You are a soul,

We all are souls in the world,

Right?

And so that anything that would be emanating from you would be an aspect or an out picturing of your soul.

So I want you to really get that understanding that the business that you have has a soul,

Right?

It has energy,

It has life,

It has vibrancy.

And so in this audio,

I want to take you through a short visualization where you can actually get some beautifully connected,

Spiritually inspired,

Deep,

Deep answers.

Are you ready?

Okay,

So taking a moment.

And you're just gonna ground yourself.

So if you're sitting or lying wherever you are,

Imagine that you can just take a really deep breath.

And you're going to release everything that is not serving you in this moment,

Go.

Nice.

And on an inhalation,

I want you to imagine that you are breathing in the divine.

So taking a deep breath and breathe in how you experience the divine,

Perhaps it's a golden yellow ball of light that just comes down from the top of your head and flows all through your body.

So taking some breaths into that.

And if you notice any thoughts,

Any mind running around,

Racing,

Thinking of all the things that you have to do,

I want you to just for a moment just say,

Be still,

Just be still.

Trusting and knowing that all those things will be here when you need.

And so in this moment,

Again,

We're going to do another deep exhalation.

And I want you to intend that you are going to just release everything that doesn't serve any mind chatter,

Any energy that somebody else maybe has put on you,

Or any confusion or any concern.

So deep breath,

We're going to just really solve that now.

Nice.

And I want you imagining that Mother Earth is just holding you and grounding you.

So notice your feet on the ground,

Or put your energy,

Your attention through the grounding cord through the center of the earth,

Send that all the way down.

There we go.

There we go.

The feeling that you are so held and so nourished by Mama Earth.

Imagine that you're sitting here and you have the support of the heavens and the earth,

You have you have the glorious holding of the divine elements here.

And I want you to see if you can get a little bit more comfortable in your body.

That's right.

Take one more deep breath.

And I want you to give yourself permission to receive what you're going to receive.

See what happens sometimes when we do these visualizations is our mind gets in,

Our mind wants to jump in and help us.

Our mind wants to help form strategy and needs to know next steps.

And for this meditation,

All you're going to do is you're just going to receive the information.

You can put form around it,

You can journal it later,

You can,

You can use all the strategy and all the methods,

You know,

But for right now,

All I want you to do is you're just going to be receiving so I'm going to be asking you questions.

And you're going to be in the place of just openness.

All right.

So taking another deep breath.

Being fully present in this moment and giving yourself 100% permission to receive.

That's all we have to do is just give permission.

I'm ready.

I'm open to what the soul of my business has for me now.

Say that gently to yourself.

Nice.

All right.

So in front of you,

I want you to call in the soul of your business.

It might be energy.

You might see a ball of energy or you might see some flames or actual pictures,

Whatever it is.

And if you're not visualizing it,

That's okay too.

You're just going to set the intention that you are being with the energetic soul of your business.

So pull that in front of you right now.

Sit with it and notice how it feels.

Notice how close it is.

Notice how vibrant it is.

Okay.

So here we go.

I want you to first,

In essence,

You're going to acknowledge it,

Like bow to it,

Right?

Like thank you,

Soul of my business.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for saying yes to doing this great work in the world.

Thank you.

So the next question is,

Dear soul of my business,

Show me the highest and best version of what I'm attempting to create.

Show me.

Now you might get pictures.

You might hear words,

However you process it,

And again,

There's no censoring,

No strategizing.

Just imagine that you can capture that because your unconscious will remember it.

If at some point you want to stop this recording and write it down,

You can,

But I suggest doing the whole visualization first and then going back and writing.

Sometimes what happens is our minds get these images and then we hear the self talk like,

What?

That can't,

Wait,

Hold on,

Wait,

Wait,

Wait,

Hold on.

How's that going to work?

I don't have enough who,

What?

And so we got to quiet those voices.

That's the most important thing.

So this piece is dear soul of my business.

Show me,

Show me what's next.

Show me the next version,

The highest and best use of my gifts,

My skills,

And just allow it.

Now we're going to thank,

Thank the soul of your business.

And then the next question is,

Thank you so much.

Now who do I have to be to fully,

Fully embody that?

Show me who I need to be.

Now you're going to be taking a moment and again,

You cannot let that mind chatter kick in.

You just have to say,

Oh,

Okay.

And sometimes it's,

It's easy peasy.

And other times it's like,

What?

Oh my gosh,

That's terrifying.

And that's okay too.

Again,

Your job here is just to record,

Not to analyze,

Not to implement.

You just say,

Whoa,

Okay,

That's who I gotta be.

Okay,

Thank you.

Taking a deep breath.

All righty.

Dear soul of my business,

What do I need to let go of?

Stop doing,

Say no to,

Get rid of.

Because there's a thing,

Right?

You're stepping into this new level and very often what got you to where you are is not going to be the thing that takes you to this next version of yourself.

So you were just shown the embodiment,

Like the newly expanded you.

And with that also comes,

Yeah,

But you don't get to keep that stuff.

You can no longer be maybe insecure.

You can no longer be doubting yourself.

You no longer can be devaluing or not charging.

Whatever it is for you.

Again,

No censoring,

No arguing with it.

You just want to say thank you.

So we've asked,

Show me the most expanded magnificent version.

And then please show me who I have to be.

Show me the embodiment that I am going to be stepping into.

And we just had,

And with that,

Show me what I have to release.

And the final question is,

And show me my people.

My people that are the magnificent next rate customers and clients.

Maybe you already know them.

Maybe they're already in your sphere and you're already working with them.

But maybe not.

So I want you to in this moment,

Literally imagine that you are standing on a mountain top and you're throwing your arms open wide and you're saying,

I'm here,

I'm ready.

And I want you to tell them a message.

What's the message that you have for them?

And very often it's a promise,

Right?

What is it that your soul is here to do with them and for them?

What do you know is possible?

What do you know that if they work with you,

You absolutely can get?

What do you know?

And I want you basically to proclaim it now.

That one usually feels pretty amazing when you do it.

Okay,

And as we're wrapping up,

I want you to take another deep breath and just thank the soul of your business and just say,

I will be in touch because here's the thing.

You can ask for any guidance from the soul.

Begin to have a relationship with it.

Begin to treat it as an advisor.

Begin to treat it as somebody that's always factored in in all the decisions,

The pricing,

The marketing,

The naming,

All the things you always want to start checking with the soul of the business.

Thanking it and taking some deep breaths.

Returning yourself back to the room where you're in.

Begin to wiggle your toes.

Maybe shake your head a little bit.

Come back in your body now.

And I trust and I know that your unconscious knows exactly what was said and exactly how to process this.

So what I want you to do is maybe replay this meditation and you can write later.

Like you can go back and write and journal.

That's one way.

The other way is just say,

Okay,

Spirit,

Okay,

Source,

Okay,

God.

Move me there,

Right?

We have that power.

Move me there.

I'm ready now.

I say yes.

All right,
