All righty,
So taking a moment and allow yourself to get really deeply,
Deeply comfortable in your body.
So begin to take some deep breaths,
Imagining inhaling more light,
More good,
And exhaling any stress,
Anything undone in your mind,
Anything that is creating distraction.
So just be in the flow of inhale good and release what you no longer desire.
So be in that moment with the breath.
Imagine that you can sink even more deeply into yourself.
I like to think about noticing that your energy can be pulled down to the lower chakras.
Like make sure you're all the way in your body.
There we go.
Breathing into that space and imagine that there's like a like a column of light running through your body.
See if you can feel that.
Imagine that that is the divinity within you,
The soul,
The magic,
All that you have access to.
That's just like the light that is within you.
Taking some deep breaths.
There we go.
And I want you to have a sense of everything is working for you.
So allow your mind,
Your unconscious,
The wisdom keeper inside of you to show you everything in your life right now that is working out really,
Really well.
Just take a moment and you might see images or you might feel things or you might hear the words and just notice what's working out because we often tend to focus on what we still have to do or what didn't go exactly how we wanted it.
So this is a celebration of the things working out.
So just be in that space and just seriously allow the movies of your mind to show you and you feel into that and that and that.
Even the small ones.
Even somebody bought you a coffee.
Just little things like that.
It doesn't have to be the big ones but see how many you can find.
And I want you just to allow that energy,
The energy of I am always supported.
There we go.
That's the energy.
So be shown,
Ask to be shown even more.
And I also am aware that sometimes it appears that things don't seem like they work out.
Relationships go bad,
Finances go up and down,
People get sick or die and it can appear that it's not how we want it.
And in that moment we might not feel supported or connected.
So now I want you to go back in your past and I want you to be shown the things that you initially judged as bad or hard or wrong.
See if you can find the blessings that they actually were.
See if you can find that as a result of living through that and surviving that you actually are a better version of yourself.
You have gifts and skills,
New awarenesses,
Maybe boundaries,
Maybe greater self-esteem or more clarity.
And I just kind of do a retrospective of what did I initially call bad or wrong or hard that I can today bless and say,
Oh,
Wow,
I actually got some gifts from those.
So take a moment and find those.
Nice.
So imagine what it would be like to have the understanding when life hits you with whatever it does,
That everything is always working out for me.
I am always supported even if there is the appearance of difficulty or challenge or disappointment.
I want you to imagine that this energy of I am always supported.
I know what to do.
I know how to navigate this.
I'll make it through.
So I want you to amplify the feeling and the experience of I am always supported.
And I want you to put an anchor on your body.
What I mean by that is maybe you're squeezing your thumb and your forefinger together when you're saying I'm always supported.
I'm always supported.
Maybe you're touching your heart by you're saying I am always supported.
Do a physical anchor.
So when you touch it again after this meditation,
You can have the remembrance that,
Oh,
That's right.
That's the cue for my body to release the feeling and the knowing and the truth that I am always supported because we always are supported.
And I trust and believe that you can walk through anything.
You have the resources.
You can do it.
You got it.
You've always been supported.
You always are supported.
And just feel in your body how that feels.
Feel how good that feels.
Wow.
If that was your operating system,
If that was the truth,
If that was the thing that you unequivocally knew,
That you were always supported,
Imagine the ease.
We wouldn't have the mental chatter.
We wouldn't freak out.
We would feel all the feelings and navigate it.
But fundamentally,
We would know we're going to get it.
It's fine.
It's all right.
It's because I'm always supported.
OK,
Next.
I got it.
I'm always supported.
Take one more breath,
Really pulling that truth into you because it is true.
It has been true.
You are one with all the support that you need and desire.
It's yours.
Call it in.
Never forget.
Call it in.
You have that power.
So taking a few deep breaths,
Allow yourself to come back to the room.
Allow yourself to kind of move your neck and wiggle your hands and toes and shake your body and bring yourself back to this space.
