Gratitude for the present and what we currently have in our lives, allows the universe to bring more of what we want into reality. Use this meditation daily and watch how you shift into a state of acceptance and gratitude for all that you have and all that you are. There is so much to be grateful for right now, even if at times it doesn’t seem that way.

Welcome to your gratitude meditation.

Use this meditation daily and watch how you shift into a state of acceptance and gratitude for all that you have and all that you are.

There is so much to be grateful for right now,

Even if at times it doesn't seem that way.

Bring your awareness to the present moment.

Get into a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Start with taking a few deep breaths in and out,

Releasing tension with each breath.

As you settle in,

I want you to begin to think about all of the things you are grateful for today.

Bring it to the center of your mind and breathe it in.

Exhale anything that needs to be released.

Bring yourself to a moment in time where you felt the most grateful.

What were you doing?

Who were you with?

Breathe this energy into your whole being.

Connect yourself to the feeling of what it is to be grateful.

Breathing in and out,

Allowing your heart to feel so much love and peace for all you have in this life.

Gently inhale and exhale.

Repeat the following phrases or any other phrases that resonate with you.

Thank you,

Universe.

I am grateful for the opportunities and blessings I receive.

Thank you,

Universe.

I am present and grateful today.

Thank you,

Universe.

I am grateful for the people who surround me with love.

Thank you,

Universe.

I am grateful for the opportunities and blessings I receive.

Thank you,

Universe.

I am present and grateful today.

Thank you,

Universe.

I am grateful for the people who surround me with love.

Now,

Silently in your mind.

Thank you,

Universe.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the space you're in and gently open your eyes.

As you go through your day,

Begin to notice everything and everyone around you.

Get into a space of what it feels like to be grateful.

Name the things you were grateful for.

How does it make you feel?

And carry that with you.

Let it radiate from you.
