Welcome to day two of your meditation journey.

During this body meditation practice,

We are bringing awareness to the feelings and sensations that are present and experiencing everything within on a physical level.

This practice can be done in any position you'd like.

However,

Sitting comfortably is recommended.

When closing your eyes,

Adjust your posture as needed.

Feel the contact with the surface beneath you,

Noticing what part of your body your attention goes to.

Breathe into your body,

Allowing your body to relax deeper with each breath.

Notice where you feel any tightness,

Pressure,

Just relax into it and observe.

Bring your attention to the physical sensations of your feet,

Just observing the feeling in and around your feet.

Observe the sensations in your hands,

Focusing your attention on the space in and around your hands.

This is comcrew Skyline.

Now bring your attention to the space around your head.

Focusing on the feeling,

The sensations and the weight on your neck and shoulders.

Feel the air on your skin.

Feel the warmth or coolness in the air around you.

Feel the beating of your heart.

Feel the weight of your eyelids.

Now slowly and gently open your eyes and breathe into the space.

As you go through the day,

Bring mindfulness to your body,

Allowing your breath to guide you.

And I'll see you soon.

Love and Light.
