Radical acceptance for your present moment doesn't mean liking the way things are.
It's about wholeheartedly accepting the way things are,
As they are.
Knowing that whatever is or isn't happening in your current reality is up to you.
Accepting life on life's terms frees you up to becoming aware of what is,
Without causing more suffering for yourself.
Life is full of experiences of pain and suffering that we would rather not go through.
And these experiences are just a part of life.
So practicing radical acceptance of your present moment allows you to stop resisting and running from what's happening,
And accepting how things are without judgment.
Have a knowing what is within your control and what to surrender.
Settling into your position,
Gently closing your eyes.
And begin to focus on your breath,
With the intention of giving yourself this time to go within,
To allow anything to come up that is for your highest good.
Feel the breath throughout your entire body.
Just sit with it.
We are holding space for your ability to allow your breath and body to just do its thing.
As you're allowing your breath to flow,
We'll focus our attention on our mantra for this meditation.
With each word,
Allow your breath to be natural,
Allow your body to relax and go with the flow.
Silently repeating in your mind,
Or out loud,
Until the end of the meditation.
