Full Moon Ritual & Meditation - Release all the things that no longer serve you on a full moon to allow the universe to bring into your life what is truly meant for you. This is a basic ritual that I have been doing on a Full Moon, and I hope you find it helpful and relaxing.

Welcome to your 2021 Full Moon Ritual and guided meditation.

Full moons can bring powerful shifts to your life.

This moon illuminates hidden energy and it's a great time to begin to release all negative blockages,

Shed old ways of living,

And anything that may have held you back from truly manifesting all that you desire.

This moon is all about a full subconscious change,

Releasing,

Letting go.

It's best to use this ritual and meditation on the day and night of a full moon.

If you can,

Enjoy this meditation directly underneath the moonlight.

There are many ways to customize your own ritual and you can get really creative with it.

But this may help you to get started.

You can begin this first part of the ritual with a cleansing bath or take a nice swim in the ocean.

Preparing yourself mentally for the next hour of energetic release.

You want to begin preparing a quiet place,

Free of any distractions.

Maybe light some sage and just cleanse your space.

You can also light a candle or incense just to get a vibe.

For this next part,

You will need a journal and pen.

Anything other than that is not really required,

But I find it helpful to have these five things.

Sage,

Or palo santo,

Or both.

Journal and pen.

My amethyst pendulum and all crystals for charging.

Candle,

Matches,

Or a lighter.

To begin,

I would like for you to grab your journal and start writing down the first things that come to your mind that you'd like to change in your daily life.

Don't overthink this.

You know what needs to be released.

Get very detailed about any habits,

Thought patterns,

False beliefs about yourself,

Any negative self-talk.

Think of everything that comes to your mind and write it down.

It may also be helpful to write about anyone in your life who you have yet to forgive for any pain they have caused.

If you have yet to forgive yourself,

Write it out.

Write out exactly what you would like to forgive yourself for.

Take as much time as you need.

This is the time to get really honest and look inside yourself.

What's not working anymore?

What are you willing to let go of so you can call in the life you want?

Are you now ready to step out of this cycle?

Welcome back to part two.

We will now begin the meditation.

Enjoy this meditation underneath the light of the moon if you can.

Bring yourself to a comfortable seated position on a cushion or mat.

You may also find it comfortable to sit in a chair.

Place your hands with palms facing up to receive this beautiful energetic power from the moon's light.

Gently close your eyes and start taking a few deep breaths in and out.

Trust yourself if needed to become more comfortable.

Become aware of how your body is feeling.

You can start to scan your body from the head all the way down to the tips of your toes,

Releasing all tension as you work your way down.

Starting to breathe in and out.

Letting go of all thoughts and focus your attention just on your breath.

Allow the glow from the moon to guide you through this transformation.

Imagine this light enveloping your whole being with healing energy.

Inhale and exhale.

Set your intention now and speak it aloud.

To cleanse,

Remove,

And release.

Now slowly begin to think about everything you just journaled about.

All of the things that aren't serving you and that you are now willing and ready to let go of.

Now imagine each of these things you want to release is in a bubble,

Ready to be purified out of your life.

Visualize one by one each bubble being released and out loud or in your mind,

I choose to release this now.

As you repeat this,

Watch each bubble float away and disappear into the light of the moon.

Breathing in and out.

Take a few moments to release all the things that no longer serve you.

One by one,

Each bubble being released.

And silently on your mind,

Repeat these phrases and any other phrases that resonate with you.

I release this resentment.

I release this anger and fear.

I release this toxic behavior.

I release this negative mindset.

I release this relationship that doesn't serve me.

I release this judgment.

I release this shame.

I release this resentment.

I release this fear and anger.

I release this toxic behavior.

I release this negative mindset.

I release this relationship that doesn't serve me.

I release this judgment.

I release this shame.

I release this fear.

I release this anger.

I release this fear.

I release this fear.

I release this fear.

I release this fear.

I release this fear.

Feel the lightness and relaxation that happens as you just let go.

Sit with this light and offer gratitude to the moon,

To yourself,

To the universe for allowing you to be ready for this next step in your journey.

Whenever you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and feel free to sit with this feeling for as long as you want.

Part three of the ritual.

So now is the time to take your list and allow the fire to help you further release it.

Tear it up and as you watch it burn,

You can repeat the phrases of letting go until there is nothing left.

Then set your crystals outside overnight to be charged by the moon.

Make yourself a cup of tea and enjoy the feeling that you cultivated.

Be gentle and compassionate with yourself.
