We will practice gratitude walking meditation for approximately 26 minutes. To do this, we begin by reflecting on things you're grateful for in your life. As you walk, bring to mind these blessings, expressing gratitude with each step. You can repeat as needed. If the gratitude does not match for each step, choose several steps instead. Notice how feelings of gratitude affect your mood and perception as you continue your walk. Before starting think about your walking path, prepare your attire, and stretch. Pause if you need to anytime while listening to instructions. Accompanying background music will aid your walking. Keep focusing on your gratitude throughout and choose the pace that works best for you.

Welcome to this walking meditation,

Where we will focus on gratitude walking meditation.

What we'll do here is express a sense of gratitude and appreciation as you walk,

Focusing on the blessings and abundance in your life.

Before we start,

Think about your walking path,

Prepare your attire,

And stretch.

Pause if you need to at any time while beginning.

How we'll do this is we begin by reflecting on things you're grateful for in your life.

As you walk,

Bring to mind these blessings,

Expressing gratitude with each step.

You can repeat as needed.

If the gratitude does not match for each step,

Choose several steps instead.

Notice how feelings of gratitude affect your mood and perception as you continue your walk.

I have background music to match this challenge.

Let's continue to do this and keep on concentrating.

In order for you to concentrate,

There will be no more talking for the remainder of this challenge.

However,

There will be a bell to signal the halfway mark.

When you hear this,

You can reverse course and head back to the beginning or remain on your path.

Good luck and remain your concentration.
