Very helpful distinguishing the 3 layers/centers of awakening: head, heart, and body. The music intro & outro I could do without- a bit jarring. Otherwise, fantastic conversation.

As well as being a great discussion, with powerful questions from the interviewer, I just heard possibly the best description of what spirituality actually is: "plunging into the heart of existence". Thank you Adya!
