Welcome to this minimalist meditation for the sacral chakra.
In this meditation we will focus on one piece of imagery and one question for several minutes.
During this time I won't provide much guidance but music will continue to play as you meditate.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position for you to meditate.
Bring over whatever you need to feel supported in this moment.
You may close your eyes or find a fixed gazing point.
Focus on your breath.
Take a slow breath in and slow exhale out.
Inhale and exhale.
Continue to breathe at your own pace in and out of the nose.
Bring your awareness now to the area below your belly button,
The pelvic region where your sacral chakra resides.
In this space is a glowing orange light.
Observe how this light reacts to each breath that you take in and out.
Does it grow and expand?
Does it get brighter?
Does it spread further?
Or maybe it does some combination of these.
Observe this light and sit with it for a few moments.
Continuing to observe this light,
This energy,
Ask it,
What do you need me to know?
Allow any messages to come through.
Begin now to step away from this light and return to your body.
Deepen your breath.
Gently blink your eyes a few times to adjust back to the room around you.
