This Yoga Nidra practice is a deep and slow dive into your subconscious. There is ample room for rest in between breaths and affirmations. The meditation begins with breath awareness then a Nidra body scan. Once we are in the Nidra State we will envision a beautiful place and allow our body to rest. Afterward, affirmations for grounding, growth, and abundance are said and planted like seeds into your mind. You will come from this meditation feeling rejuvenated.
