Filling your lungs,

Releasing any tension you may be holding onto.

Letting it flow out of your heart.
Continue to breathe with intention and awareness,
Allowing each breath to guide you deeper into a state of relaxed openness.

This light,

Represents the energy of your heart chakra.

Dissolving any barriers to love,
