Hello and welcome to this morning mantras meditation for nervous system safety.
Now in this practice we're going to be using mantras as an anchor,
So words and phrases that we can embody and come back to during our day in moments of turbulence or dysregulation.
So in a moment I will read out a number of mantras and my encouragement to you is to repeat them to yourself either internally or out loud and as you do so really also tuning into your felt sense and your body as you repeat the mantras,
Noticing how they land for you and how they change your somatic experience which will also deepen that connection to the feeling that you can revisit throughout your day.
Of course as we go through please do take or leave each and every mantra,
Some of them will inevitably resonate with you more than others.
So all that's left to do is find yourself a nice space to be for a few minutes,
You can do this meditation however meets you and your body today,
No right or wrong.
And whenever you've got your spot allow your eyes to close if you're comfortable doing so and we'll get straight into the mantras.

Again a reminder as we flow through these mantras to really tune into your felt sense.

Allowing a moment for those to land,
To notice how you're feeling in your mind and your body.
Maybe observing for a moment any of them that really landed for you and that you want to have with you today.
