James is a nervous system guide and someone still walking the healing path with you. His mission is to provide a compassionate and supportive space for people experiencing the challenges of long term nervous system dysregulation and chronic conditions - as he himself has navigated this difficult path. His practices draw on a combination of both his qualifications and personal experiences - blending breathwork, yoga nidra, hypnotherapy & brain retraining to provide both a deeply restorative and uplifting experience, rooted in self-compassion. Nothing forced. Nothing fixed. Just gentle tools to help us come home to ourselves, together. James hopes it provides you with comfort in times of need!
