Repeat this one often throughout the day for best results! In this short and easy session, we'll breathe deep, become aware of thoughts, awaken the senses, and ease into a steady awareness of body and the space that surrounds us. Finally, we'll end with a visualization to do one thing at a time for the day, mind and body aligned as one.

Hey,

It's Cyrus.

Make a note of how you feel and where your mind is at before we begin.

When you feel ready,

Allow your body to become still and close your eyes.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in through the nose,

Filling up your whole body with the breath,

And exhale slowly for the count of eight out through the mouth,

Releasing tension in the body.

Now begin to non-judgmentally notice your thoughts and what you're thinking about.

Notice how you're separate from your thoughts as you're watching them and beginning to allow them to fade into the background for the time being,

Bringing the front and center of your attention to your breath at the tip of your nostrils,

Noticing how it's cool on the way in and warm on.

Now begin to notice the feeling of the temperature of the air on your skin,

Over the surface of your entire body.

Notice the sensation of touch of your hands resting in your lap or the sensation of your feet making contact.

Bring your attention to the sounds now as you drink in the details of the sounds that surround you.

Allow the breath to come to you more slowly now,

Letting go of time and fully entering the moment as you become aware of all the sensations in your body and the space that surrounds your body,

Feeling and sensing and space.

Now visualizing yourself calm and doing one thing at a time with your mind and body aligned for the rest of your day,

Seeing and feeling yourself doing one thing at a time.

Notice how you feel now compared to at the beginning in this very short time.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes and start to reenter the rhythm of your day one thing at a time.

Please practice this often,

Share if it helps and have an amazing day.

It has been a few days since I've taken time to sit, clear my mind, breathe and connect. From the moment I heard the lush sound and your voice - I knew this was the one for this moment. Thank you for your guidance 🙏🏼
