Welcome,

This is a series of meditations that take the frequency of an animal and help you to translate that into energy that you can bring with you into the day,

Into a situation to help you regulate or harness energy for an outcome.

So let's begin.

If you haven't already,

I encourage you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and release it through your mouth in a controlled way.

Two more times,

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth at your own pace.

Nice and deep.

And as you breathe,

Make sure that you are anchored through your feet into this powerful,

Beautiful earth.

See the roots grow from your feet into the ground towards the energy grid of the earth.

And at the same time,

Feel that open crown chakra and the light and the energy coming from above.

Let it pour into you.

Let it fill you up.

And as you breathe in,

You fill with light.

And as you exhale,

You release what no longer serves you.

And I want you to imagine a happy,

Excited,

Tail wagging,

Ear flapping,

Tongue lolling dog running through the park with pure joy and abandon.

Feeling the earth and the cool grass between your paws.

That joy of running,

Unhindered,

No leash,

In that open,

Lush,

Green space of the park.

And maybe there are other dogs,

Others like you,

That are curious and playful and full of excitement.

But you feel this powerful surge,

This desire to be free and turn quickly and pivot.

Chasing a fly,

Another tail,

A ball,

Whatever it is that is bringing you unfettered joy,

Excitement.

And you are breathing in and out quickly.

You may bark or not bark,

But it's that joy of using your muscles to propel you forward.

That freedom of open space,

Of being able to move your body,

Of that simple act of being outside,

Of being free from rules,

Obligations,

Worries,

Concerns,

Responsibilities.

You have that happy dog energy.

Find out where is that in your body?

Where do you contain this simple joy,

This power,

This ability to release and pivot?

And go the other direction if you need to.

Where do you carry that energy in your body?

Your arms,

Legs,

Your heart.

Notice where it is.

Remember.

Save it there.

Maybe it's a color.

Maybe it's a sound.

Remember that color or sound.

Save it in your memory.

It will be your anchor to return to this energy when you need it.

And once you've done that,

I invite you to take one more deep,

Long,

Concluding breath.

And as you slowly return and you open your eyes,

Remember you have access to this happy,

Free,

Excited,

Joyful energy anytime you need it.

Namaste.
