Meeting Your Inner Goddess

A journey leading you to the encounter with your inner goddess, this meditation will empower you to embody her wisdom. Traveling to the core of the earth you will find your place in the circle of elders and meet your goddess who has been waiting for you.

Transcript

Find a comfortable seat.

Close your eyes.

And allow yourself to totally and utterly relax.

Inhaling through the nose.

And exhaling through the mouth.

Releasing any tension,

Anxiety,

Sadness you may be holding.

Inhaling,

Receiving the breath.

Breathe in peace.

Breathe in all the love that surrounds you.

And exhale.

Release any tension,

Expectation.

Worry.

Inhaling,

Receiving the breath.

And exhaling completely and totally surrendering.

Allow your whole body to relax.

Allow your skull to relax.

Your brain,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

Your neck,

Your shoulders utterly and completely relaxed.

Your upper arms,

Your forearms,

Your hands.

Each and every one of your fingers totally and completely relaxed.

Relax your chest.

Relax your heart.

Relax the sack that is containing your heart.

Inhaling,

Receiving the love.

And as you exhale you relax your lungs.

And the sack holding your lungs.

Relax your esophagus,

Your digestive system.

Receiving the breath all the way down in your lower belly.

You relax your internal organs.

Relax your sex.

Inhale.

Breathe in the love.

Breathe in the peace.

And you exhale.

You relax your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calf,

Your ankle.

The tops of the feet,

The bottom of the feet.

Each and every one of your toes totally and utterly relaxed.

And you inhale.

Love.

And as you exhale you relax your whole skin.

Your skin becomes utterly relaxed.

You dissolve.

And from this place you imagine that you are floating in the dark blue night.

Floating in the cosmos.

Inhaling love.

And with each exhale surrendering even deeper.

And you travel through the cosmos,

Through the sky.

Deep breath in.

And you exhale completely moving through the sky.

And at a distance you see planet earth.

And you smile at planet earth.

Paying gratitude to the blue planet for being your home in this lifetime.

Deep breath in.

And as you exhale your body gets closer and closer even more to the big blue planet.

And your body begins to hover above earth.

And it begins to travel to one of your favorite natural places on this incredible magnificent planet that is your home.

And you see your body flying over the oceans and the mountains and the rivers and the deserts.

And your body is now above your favorite place in the world.

And you smile at that happy place for all of the beauty it brings into your life.

And you take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale your body starts to descend and descend and descend.

And you find yourself sitting at the base of the tree in your favorite place in the world.

And you tune in to yourself.

To the feeling of the earth supporting you.

To the sound of the birds chirping.

The sensation of the wind blowing.

The sun kissing your skin.

And you smile totally at ease.

Totally in love in your favorite place in the world.

And you begin to stand up.

And you start walking.

Tuning in to all of the sensations.

The sensation of the feet touching the earth.

The feeling of the earth beneath you.

Tuning in to the sounds around you.

The sounds of the birds,

Of the wind,

Of the water.

Tuning in to the taste.

What are the tastes that surround you?

Tuning in to the feeling sensation of everything happening.

And you tune in to the sight.

Visualizing the beauty that's around.

Allowing that beauty to come inside of you.

And you open up your nose.

Feeling the scent,

The scent of the air.

As you keep on walking.

Appreciating all of the beauty that is around you.

Nourishing yourself from this beauty.

And there is a river that you hear at a distance.

And as you walk you begin to see the source of the stream.

And you walk alongside that river.

Feeling the lullaby of the water running.

And you decide to step into the river to wash your feet.

And you begin washing your feet.

Washing any negative emotions.

And then from your feet you begin to wash your whole body.

Anointing your whole body with this crystalline water.

This water from source.

And anything that you carry is being washed off by this river.

And you feel the sensation of liberation.

Of this water cleansing your whole being.

And you keep on walking.

Stepping out of the river.

Paying gratitude to the water for cleansing you.

And as you step out of the water you walk on a path.

And you see trees.

A forest of trees.

And you open up your scent and you feel the smell of the trees.

And you see a very,

Very old grandfather.

A grandfather tree that is ancient.

With roots running so deeply into the earth.

And you walk up to that tree.

And you hug that tree.

Feeling the wisdom.

Asking permission to that tree for the wisdom it is about to share with you.

And you feel the wisdom of that tree.

It's ancient memories.

And you say thank you to that tree.

And you begin walking around that great grandfather.

And as you walk around it you witness that on the other side of the tree at the base there is an opening.

And you allow yourself to crawl into that opening.

Entering the core of the tree.

And as you enter the core of this tree you are being taken into a downward spiral vortex that brings you down through the soil of the earth.

Through the rocks.

Through the roots.

And you get into the portal of the tree going down,

Down,

Down.

Deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper even more in the core of the earth.

And you reach the bottom of these roots.

And you are in darkness.

And you step out of the roots of the tree.

And you enter a dark tunnel.

Feeling the sensation of the moisture of the earth around you.

Tasting the earth.

Feeling the sensation of your feet.

So deep underground.

And you walk knowing something is waiting for you.

And you begin to hear the sounds of drums at a distance.

And you keep on walking in the dark tunnel followed,

Following this sound of drums.

And you begin to hear voices.

And you keep on walking following the sound of the voices.

And at a distance you begin to witness light.

Light coming from a fire.

And you keep on walking through the dark tunnel.

And this leads you into a cave in which there is a fire burning.

And elders,

A circle of elders sitting around the fire and singing.

They've been waiting for you.

And you're in the dark tunnel.

And you're in the dark tunnel.

And you get closer and closer to the circle of elders singing,

Celebrating.

They have been waiting for you.

And as you walk around the circle of elders,

Around the fire,

You see that there is an empty space.

This is your space.

They have been waiting for you.

And so you step in and you take your seat around the ritual fire.

And you begin to sing all together.

And everybody is celebrating so happy that you have made it to the ritual fire.

And from your heart you pull out an offering for the fire,

Taking it from your right hand.

And you witness what the offering is.

And you drop it into the fire.

And you witness it burn as the elders keep on singing for you.

And as you keep on singing and singing,

The fire begins to dance in front of your eyes.

And you keep on singing and singing and the drums are beating and everybody's celebrating.

They have been waiting for you for a very long time.

Waiting for you to remember who you are.

For you to encounter the goddess.

Hey-ya-na-na,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na-ho.

Hey-ya-na-na,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na-ho.

And as you keep on singing,

The fire becomes even more powerful and begins to dance in front of you.

And from this fire emerges a goddess.

Your goddess.

And she dances for you as you keep on singing to her.

Hey-ya-na-ha,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na-ho.

And your goddess appears.

You allow yourself to visualize her.

What is the color of her hair?

How is she moving?

What does she feel like?

What is her face like?

What is the color of her eyes?

The size of her mouth?

The shape of her body?

And she dances for you in the fire so happy.

So glad that you're finally allowing yourself to see her,

To connect with her.

And the elders are celebrating and you are celebrating and she keeps on revealing herself.

Revealing herself as you keep on singing the songs of joy.

Hey-ya-na-ha,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na-ho.

And your goddess is there.

Fully revealed.

Fully perceptible.

In all of her physicality.

In all of her lusciousness.

And she smiles at you and you smile at her.

And the goddess has a gift for you.

From her heart she pulls out an offering and drops it into your hands that are held in front of her.

And you take this offering deeply inhaling.

And as you exhale you place this offering in your heart forever to be with you.

And from your heart you take a gift for the goddess and you gift it to her.

And she receives it feeling so blessed that you are finally allowing yourself to see her,

To be her,

To be with her.

And you allow yourself to rejoice in this celebration.

Hey-ya-na-ha,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na-ho.

And you hear the songs of the elders and all of the elders are looking at you so happy,

Celebrating.

And you are about to leave this sacred circle.

But just before you leave the goddess has something for you.

And as you inhale you inhale the flames of the fire inhaling the goddess inside of you.

And exhale the goddess is inside of your body.

And here is her gift.

Listen to the message,

To the wisdom she has to share with you,

To the wisdom of the inside,

In the depth of silence.

And the elders sing,

Hey-ya-na-na,

Hey-ya-ho,

Hey-ya-hey-ya-na-ho.

And you rest knowing the truth that the goddess is within you.

And you pay gratitude to all of the elders for having been there,

For having witnessed you remembering who you are.

And from your heart you take a little bit of tobacco and give it to the fire,

Paying gratitude to the fire for having revealed itself to you.

And you stand up paying gratitude to your place in the sacred circle,

Knowing that you can always come back here.

And you begin to step away from the circle,

Walking back towards the end of the cave,

Smiling as you hold the goddess within you.

And you begin to walk once again through the dark tunnel.

Yet your eyes are closed,

But you now see with your spiritual eye,

The presence of the eyes of the goddess that is allowing you to see through the darkness of the tunnel.

And you keep on walking,

Feeling all of the sensations,

The taste,

The scent,

The feeling,

The sound.

And you walk and walk,

Feeling the groundedness of the earth.

And you walk towards the end of the tunnel,

The base of the tree.

And you step at the roots of the tree.

And you enter once again into the portal that brings you up through the rock,

Through the roots,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

All the way to the base of this great grandfather at the base of this tree.

And you take a moment in the darkness,

In the trunk of the tree,

To pay gratitude to all that you have remembered.

And then you put yourself on your knees and you begin to crawl out of the tree,

Opening your eyes to the light and feeling the sun on your skin,

Feeling the beauty of the forest that surrounds you.

Hearing the sounds of the bird chirping.

And you begin to walk out of the tree.

And once again,

You see the stream and you follow the stream,

Hearing inside of you the sound of the elders,

The beating of the drum and the presence of the goddess.

Seeing for the first time with the eyes of the goddess,

You walk through the stream and you get to the source.

And you place both hands at the source,

Taking the water and drinking the source of the water,

Your first sip of water as the goddess that you are.

Drink it and feel that water cleanse and illuminate all the cells of your body,

Paying gratitude to the sacred water for cleansing you.

And you begin to walk away out of the forest,

Away from the stream.

And you walk and walk and walk,

Walk all the way back to the tree where you have started this journey,

The tree in your favorite place in the world.

And you sit there,

Feeling totally at E,

Totally at P.

Inhaling,

Receiving all of the love that is around you and exhaling,

Completely surrendering into the goddess that you are.

Deep breath in,

Receiving the love.

Exhaling,

Ah,

Surrendering in the beauty of your ancient wisdom.

And one more deep breath in,

Breathing in all the love,

Breathing and breathing and breathing and breathing and feeling yourself up.

And exhaling,

Allowing yourself to feel the worthiness of the goddess that you are,

Completely,

Totally in love.

And slowly,

You allow yourself to return,

Feeling the earth beneath your sit bones,

Opening your skin to the sensation of the air around you,

Opening your ears to the sounds in the room around,

Opening your mouth to the taste that is there.

And whenever you are ready,

You will open your eyes.
