Welcome to your EFT practice for indecision.
Just finding a comfortable position and coming to tap on the side of the hand right away.
So we're tapping underneath the pinky finger on the side of the hand on the fleshy part there,
Taking full responsibility for your well-being.
Repeating out loud after me,
Inserting any words that resonate with you more,
You don't have to say exactly what I say.
So saying something like,
Even though I don't know what to do,
I choose to love myself as I am.
Even though I don't know what decision to make.
And that's making me feel and just notice how you're feeling about needing to make a decision,
Maybe stressed,
Confused.
I choose to love and honor myself exactly as I am.
And even though I'm not sure what decision to make,
And I'm worried about making the wrong one,
I choose to remember that there's no right or wrong.
And I choose to meet myself with compassion here.
And open to easily landing on what's right for me.
Tapping on the inside of the eyebrows,
I don't know what decision to make.
Tapping on the outside of the eyes,
All of this confusion.
Tapping underneath the eyes,
Overthinking about what to do.
Tapping underneath the nose,
I'm not sure what to do.
Tapping underneath the bottom lip,
I'm afraid of making the wrong decision.
Tapping underneath the collarbones,
All of this urgency.
Tapping underneath the armpits,
All of this stress.
Tapping on the crown of the head,
I've got to make a decision and I don't know what to choose.
Tapping on the inside of the eyebrows,
And as you tap on the inside of the eyebrows,
Just noticing where you're feeling the stress of this indecision in your system.
Just noticing where the stress is living.
Tapping on the outside of the eyes and just noticing this stress.
Underneath the eyes,
Noticing this anxiety.
Underneath the nose,
I'm not sure what to do.
Underneath the bottom lip,
All of this stress.
Under the collarbones,
I want to get it right.
Underneath the armpits,
I don't know what to do.
Crown of the head,
All of this stress.
Bringing the hands down in your lap and just taking a deep breath into the belly.
Let the air go out of the mouth with sound.
Feel the weight of your body on the surface beneath you.
Invite a softening of the shoulders,
An unraveling of the jaw,
A softening of the face,
The chest.
The belly.
Just noticing your breath here.
Life moving in and out of you as you breathe.
When you're ready,
Tapping on the inside of the eyebrows.
I've got a decision to make.
Tapping on the outside of the eyes and I'm not sure yet what's best for me or for everyone involved.
Underneath the eyes,
But I'm open to realizing what's best for me.
Underneath the nose,
I know that there's no right or wrong decision or answer.
Underneath the bottom lip and I'm noticing all of this urgency I'm placing on myself to figure it out.
Underneath the collarbones,
All of this pressure I'm putting on myself to get it right.
Tapping underneath the armpits.
I wonder if I could let go of some of this pressure I'm putting on myself now.
Tapping on the crown of the head.
Remember that life is meeting me,
Loving me in this moment.
Could you come to tap back on the side of the hand and just breathe here as you tap on the side of your hand.
Feeling life move in and out of your body.
Life flowing.
Life loving you and meeting you just as you are.
As you tap on the side of the hand here and breathe,
Could you remember that you're innately connected to this intelligence of you and far greater than you.
The same intelligence that grows trees,
That sparkles stars.
Remember that you're innately connected to all of this.
You are of this.
When you're ready,
Tapping on the inside of the eyebrows.
Saying out loud,
I wonder what it would be like to trust life.
Tapping on the outside of the eyes.
I wonder what it would be like to trust myself.
Underneath the eyes.
Opening to life,
Meeting me.
Tapping underneath the nose.
I wonder what the best decision is for me.
Tapping underneath the bottom lip.
I wonder what's possible.
Underneath the collar bones.
I'm open to receiving.
All that is for me.
Tapping underneath the armpits.
I wonder what is possible.
On the crown of the head.
I'm grateful for all of these different possibilities.
And I'm open to ones I haven't even thought about yet.
Bringing the hands down in the lap.
Just taking a final breath here.
Bringing the hands somewhere on the body.
Thanking yourself for your practice.
Thank you so much for joining me.
