Can you recall a time or way you've been courageous in your life?
And because your growth as a person is inevitable,
I wonder,
Do you celebrate yourself for how far you have come?
Self-love,
Love for a cause,
Loving another.
These are all acts of courage requiring vulnerability.
It is here in the heart,
In the centermost chakra that we begin to realize to know that the most powerful,
The most potent energy on earth is love.
Within your being exists the only energy capable of transcending heartache and pain,
Breaking karmic cycles through compassion,
Transmuting past hurt into wisdom,
Into strength.
Take in a deep breath while you focus on the center of your chest.
But on the exhale,
You might consciously send relief to any tension you're carrying within your body.
You might rest down your eyes here if you haven't already,
Allowing the muscles around your eyes to let go and relax.
Breathing in and breathing out any stressors of the day,
Any past reflections or future plans can be set aside and picked back up again later if needed.
It has been taught by the sages that simply resting awareness on a repeated sound word or thought is enough to enter its frequency.
For example,
If you rest your attention on the word peace,
Peace,
Inner peace,
Then you might feel your body reflect the word back to you through a softening,
An opening,
And at the heart,
You could even visualize or sense the beautiful radiant emerald green orb or disc of your heart chakra spinning at the axis of your spine.
Breathing into this powerful vortex as it picks up momentum by the chambers of your heart,
You might ask it to expand outwards to the other parts of your body,
Visualizing the calming green energy embracing your heart,
Encompassing your chest,
Shoulders,
Back,
And stomach,
Spreading relaxation,
Even expanding into the non-physical parts of your being,
Setting your aura in this loving,
Jewel-toned light.
Down it relaxes every muscle,
Each and every muscle becoming more and more at ease,
Washing down through your legs,
Relaxing them,
All the way down to your feet,
Ascending up through your neck,
Relaxing each and every last muscle as the light rises to your face,
Warming your skin,
The pleasant rays relax your jaw,
Relax your chin and mouth,
Your cheeks,
Eyes,
Forehead,
And scalp,
Easing your mind too,
Your entire body,
Each and every last part,
Relaxed,
And bathing in this unconditionally loving energy,
Such a wonderful time to surrender,
To allow your subconscious,
Your higher self,
The part of you that knows you the very best,
To acknowledge,
Understand,
And to start to clear away any unwanted energies that you may have been carrying,
Energies that have served their deeper purpose,
Deeper and deeper in your mind's eye,
Your subconscious might soon begin to develop an epiphany,
And as you do go deeper,
More and more you're able to see exactly what you were moving through,
Seeing things perhaps in an entirely new way.
Your inner sage guides you too from these energies that may have been recurring themes in your life,
Easily detach,
Allowing you to be emotionally protected from things of the past that you have since grown from and grown away from,
That you may soon notice no longer cause the same reaction within you,
While acknowledging that in a strange way they've helped to get you on the other side of something that you are ready to let go.
Only your deeper self knows exactly what is departing and the wisdom gained in return,
Gifts welcomed with great courage,
A wonderful time too,
To turn a leaf,
Welcoming light as all contrary energies transmute into compassion,
Into understanding,
Complete alignment with where you are going,
With where you are now,
Enjoying this new ability to detach from that which no longer serves you,
Retaining the authentic self that is growing so that any heavy opaque barriers that once served you,
Built in the past to protect you,
You can begin to fully exchange for this beautiful new light of wisdom,
A light that allows for protection and painting the divine visions that you have for your existence and the creation of and in the echo,
Allowing the heart to guide you and always following your intuition,
Making those effortless decisions that are loving towards self,
Truly recognizing your divine power in this self-gifted new beginning,
The trillions of cells within your body all activated,
Nurturing your entire body from within,
Observing a lightness,
Knowing that you can choose which energies to resonate with,
Absorbing into the word strength.
Courage,
Love,
Fullheartedly knowing that you can always come back to yourself in this way and the more and more you continue to do so,
The more automatic it is becoming.
Begin to draw in the expanded green light source,
Granting it permission to return to its home and sensing its return.
One more words from Audre Lorde who writes,
Tomorrow belongs to those of us who conceive of it as belonging to everyone,
Who lend the best of ourselves to it and with joy.
So,
With a heart that is full and ready to lead the way in your own authority by trusting in this inner guidance system,
You are equipped as you get ready to continue with your day,
Becoming more aware of your surroundings and still within yourself a grounded sense of security connecting to and anchoring into your body with your breath.
Feelings of connectedness also to your outer world.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes to a world that too embraces you.
