Welcome to this peaceful guided sleep meditation where we will bring awareness to your mind and body to assist in becoming.
This will allow you to have a peaceful sleep and wake up feeling more rejuvenated.
To begin,
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle into a peaceful state.
Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale.
Your bed is a place of familiarity and security,
Allowing you to forget worries and stress and just focus on being comfortable and relaxed.
It's a safe space where you don't have to worry about a thing,
And it's the perfect place to let go of all anxieties of the day.
Let your body become heavy and relax to allow yourself to drift off to sleep.
Allow your thoughts to drift away and be replaced with a sense of calm and peace.
Visualize a peaceful place and allow yourself to fully and drift off into a deep and restful sleep.
Bring this image to your mind,
Time,
Place,
Person,
Or even a pet that brings you comfort and peace.

Spend a few moments here being in this moment,
Knowing that you are safe and secure.
Allow yourself to drift away into a world of peaceful dreams.
Let go of all of your worries and drift off into a deep sleep.
You are surrounded by a feeling of comfort in your bed where it's safe to let go of everything.
Turning your mind off,
Relaxing your body,
Bringing awareness to your breathing.
Take a few moments to focus on inhaling and exhaling deeply.
Notice the sensation of air letting go of any tension and allowing yourself to relax and feel at ease.
Feeling the rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.
Allowing your body to relax as you focus on your breathing.
Feel the peace and calm that comes with becoming present in this moment.
Your mind is fully relaxed as you sink into the most comfortable feeling.
Feeling a sense of calmness and peace.
All of your worries and anxieties have melted.
You are drifting off into a peaceful deep sleep.
Your body feels light and your mind is clear.
You take a deep breath in and out,
Feeling ready to fall into the deepest sleep.
Deep in and out.
You focus on your breathing and let your mind get clear.
Stay here for a few moments,
Breathing in and out until you feel calmer,
Leaving space to fill with peace.
Now drifting even further into sleep,
Like clouds in the sky,
Any leftover thoughts come and go.
All that matters is that you are comfortable and relaxed.
Feeling completely at ease.
Body rests and my mind lets go.
Create my own reality.
Falling deeper into sleep with the most wonderful dreams.
Remembering that place brings me peace.
Fully submerging into that feeling now.
Being carried into a dream.
I never want to leave.
Everything feels just right here.
The sweetness of being soaked in letting go.
The space filling up with an expansion of peace.
Surrendering to be free of everything.
Space to breathe more deeply.
Alleviating and softening further.

Regenerating.

Now enveloping your dreams.

A sheath.
