A Ten-Minute Guided Meditation: Finding Peace Amidst the Storm This special series is for those who are struggling to find calm, and peace while living in a world full of so much turbulence. In this meditation I invite you to bring awareness, and mindfulness toward those feelings instead of away from them. Instinctively we tend to want to hide away from deep feelings that arise during times of stress to try to protect ourselves from how much it can hurt. Instead I encourage you to recognize these feelings, and honoring them. It's ok to feel all the feelings. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in and out, and join me on this short journey to understanding you feelings, and learning how to navigate them in a way that will allow more ease, flow, and peace.
