The meditation we are going to do offers you and your child a way to let go of bad feelings in your mind so you can relax. Super Stretch invited the Polar Bear to the tree fort at 247 Mindful Path Way for some hot cocoa and to teach him how to breath deeply so that the Polar Bear could learn how to let all of the sad, crabby feelings go. When we pay attention and focus our minds on something, as simple as having hot cocoa, it can make us feel really good and relaxed, allowing us to release all of the yucky, negative feelings! Let's join them for a meditation to find calm and have some yummy cocoa. Take a deep breath in, and a deep breath out.
