Welcome to your One Minute Optus.

All you need to do is be seated in a comfortable,

Upright,

Supportive position.

Settle in and we'll get started.

Settling into your comfortable seat.

And closing down your embrace.

We're simply going to feel into our bodies and our breath.

And repeat a mantra,

I choose peace today.

Taking a nice big inhalation as you sit a bit taller and open a bit wider.

And on the exhalation,

Soften and relax.

Repeating,

I choose peace today.

Slowly going at your own rhythm as you inhale spaciousness and length.

Exhale softness and surrender.

I choose peace today.

One more round.

And opening through your eyes,

Palms together,

Hands to your heart.

Go forth and have a peaceful day.
