Jen offers yoga classes focusing on YOU and your divine uniqueness. Her Yoga mission is to reach as many people as possible through yoga, no matter their ability, size, age, or state they are in. Jen truly believes yoga is for everyone, and is here to help you realise this truth. Jen has a calm and soothing demeanor and her gentle voice will help you reach that Zen Zone in no time! She specializes in Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (breathing) and meditation. They are Jen's absolute favourite practices to offer. Being a little outside the Yoga Teacher stereotype, Jen is curvylicious with an ankle disability and knows the feeling of not belonging in a yoga class. Jen includes body peace and acceptance in all of her classes and many meditations. No matter what is going on with your body, you are welcomed and included. Whether you: feel you don’t fit into the typical yoga body stereotype, are struggling with body image, have a disability, are entering your wisdom years, are trying yoga for the first time, recovering from ill health or injury/surgery, managing a physical or mental illness. Jen's teachings are accessible and encourage you to embrace & accept your wonderful unique self, the way you are right now!
