Let's start a short guided force meditation to help you feel more at peace and energized and by the end hopefully start feeling a little bit more refreshed and invigorated for the rest of your day.
I invite you to start in a comfortable seated position or lying down,
Whichever position you choose.
Use any props,
Blankets,
Pillars,
Anything to help you feel more comfortable and at ease for the duration of the meditation.
When you find that position I invite you to either close your eyes if it feels safe or soften your gaze.
Take a few deep calming breaths in through the nose and out through your mouth.
I invite you to imagine that you are standing at the edge of a lush serene forest.
The air is crisp and filled with the soothing scent of pine trees.
As you take a step into the forest you feel an immediate sense of tranquility wash over you.
You can hear their gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze and the distant chirping of birds.
The path ahead of you is dappled with soft golden sunlight that filters through the tall trees.
As you continue to walk along this peaceful path you notice a sparkling stream meandering alongside you.
The water is crystal clear and shimmers in the sunlight.
The sound of the babbling water is both soothing and invigorating.
You decide to sit by the stream for a moment,
Dipping your hands into the cool refreshing water.
With each touch you feel a surge of energy coursing through your body.
It's as if the water is revitalizing every cell,
Filling you with a newfound vitality and strength.
As you sit there you become aware of a gentle warmth on your face.
The sunlight filtering through the leaves begins to shine directly on you,
Embracing you with its natural nurturing energy.
You feel this warmth penetrating your body,
Melting away any remaining tension or fatigue.
You gently make your way back up to standing and continue your walk through the forest.
Ahead of you you see a small clearing filled with vibrant colorful wildflowers.
The sight of these blossoms fills your heart with joy and positivity.
You step into the clearing feeling the softness of the petals beneath your feet.
In this tranquil clearing,
The beauty of the nature,
You take a moment to bask in its sense of peace,
Vitality,
Positivity.
In this moment you are fully present and it fills you with a sense of deep contentment.
Know that you can return to this peaceful energized place within your mind whenever you need a moment of calm,
Strength,
And positivity.
You carry the serenity and vitality of this place within you and as you open your eyes and return to the present moment you can continue to carry this sense of energized positivity and ease.
Take a few gentle breaths and when you're ready slowly open your eyes bringing the sense of peace and energy you've cultivated with you into the rest of your day.
