You can begin by just relaxing,
Just letting whatever tensions or concerns or anything you've been carrying from this day just fall away.
And just let yourself be totally here to just enjoy this moment now.
To enjoy this time that you're giving to yourself.
To give yourself the opportunity to offer yourself some nourishment to your heart and your mind.
Taking a moment to become really still,
Relaxed and at ease.
And to honor your own curiosity.
To honor the ways that you have been curious about your experiences both in the moment and after the fact.
And your curiosity about what draws you and attracts you and why.
Your curiosity about your physical sensations and noticing what fullness feels like.
Noticing when you are full.
And noticing the times when perhaps the body is satisfied and the mind is not.
And bringing curiosity to that.
Compassion and getting curious about those times when you have felt a sense of want or lack or need.
And reaching back in time to just nourish yourself in those moments.
Whatever the outcome was of that moment doesn't matter.
Just reaching back now,
Curious and compassionate.
And drawing up from the depths of your well,
Whatever it is,
Whatever it was,
You needed in that moment,
Just cupping it up.
As if scooping up a cup full of exactly what you needed and pouring it right into your heart.
Whether a cup full of truth,
Wholeness,
Your deepest wisdom drawn up from the depths of your well and poured right into your heart,
Refreshing you and satisfying you.
Whatever it is you need in the moment,
Whether strength,
Buoyancy of spirit,
Offering that to yourself.
And feeling the body's gratitude for that nourishment,
The soul's gratitude.
This body that is a field of awareness,
Full of aliveness.
This beautiful,
Shimmering field of awareness,
Always full of aliveness.
And trusting yourself to look within for whatever it is you need in any moment.
Because it's there.
It's within you.
Knowing you can always reach back in time to honor yourself for your curiosity,
For the moments when you have drawn up from your depths that cup full of wisdom,
Truth,
And nourished yourself.
And having compassion for the moments when you didn't,
But bring now the clear light of awareness to those moments with great love and tenderness.
And then reaching forward in time to whenever you need another cup full of that deepest wisdom,
Strength.
Giving yourself the gift of that sacred pause to notice what's happening.
To get curious without judgment,
Just very curious about what you're feeling,
What you're drawn to.
Any sense of constriction or contraction around that,
Just breathing in.
Great expansiveness,
Openness.
Taking that pause to feel your body as that field of awareness.
Full of aliveness.
And in the hours and days and weeks to come,
Just getting more and more of that,
Just getting more and more attuned to that sense of constriction and contraction and openness and expansiveness.
And seeing how you can breathe space into that whenever you wish,
That all it takes is the noticing.
And then the space comes.
And with that noticing,
You can reach down to the depths of your inner well and draw up exactly what you need.
A sense of your own wholeness,
Truth,
Your deepest wisdom,
The feeling of your own strength,
Your power,
Your health,
Your sanity,
Your beautiful buoyancy of spirit always available to you even in the most challenging moments.
And with each day having more and more trust in the depth of that well,
The incredible plenty that's there.
The waters of that well are fresh and alive,
Full of nourishment for you.
So,
Thanking yourself for all the times that you have sipped from that well and all the times you will continue to drinking more and more deeply from that deepest part of you,
That most stable,
Grounded,
Beautiful part of you that is never disturbed.
No matter what is happening on the surface of life,
That deep inner well is never disturbed and can always be drawn from.
So,
With each day deepening that trust,
The trust in that well,
Trusting yourself to look within for what you seek,
Knowing it's there,
Waiting to be found and enjoyed.
And letting yourself feel just a great sense of gratitude for the depth of that well.
That well that in its deepest source is connected to the underground stream that connects us all,
The love that ties us all together,
The love that connects you to life,
To others,
Love that connects you to who you really are.
May you be safe and free and protected from inner and outer harm.
May you be happy and contented and buoyant of spirit.
May you be healthy and whole and sane and strong.
May you experience ease of well-being.
May you always trust yourself to look within for what you seek.
May you know what a treasure you are.
