Joshin Kokyu-Ho (Focusing the Mind with the Breath) is a ancient practice to help you get grounded, centered, and expanded - to (re)connect with your inner wisdom center and the universe. This meditation is an important element within the teachings of Reiki, as well as many other disciplines and traditions, such as Aikido and Zen. In all these teachings the focus point is the hara (or tanden), the energetic center, which can be physically located inside the abdomen just below the belly-button.
