Feel the relaxing light moving down your face to your neck,
Relaxing every part of your body that it touches.
Moving to your neck and shoulders,
Relaxing the front of your body,
Including your chest,
Illuminating your ribs and internal organs.
Now you feel that beautiful,
Relaxing light moving to your upper back,
Hitting your middle back,
Moving down to your lower back,
Including your buttocks.
Now feel the light moving down from your hips to your thighs,
Moving down to your knees,
Your shins,
Your calves,
All the way down to your ankles and your toes.
Now you are in a cocoon of beautiful,
Relaxing,
Amethyst light focused on your gratitude and seeing the rest of your day fall into place with ease.
