Before we begin,
Please find a place to lie down where you will not be disturbed.
If you have a bottle of lavender essential oil,
Put a little on your hands and take a nice,
Deep,
Relaxing breath.
Make any last-minute adjustments and then gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath and let that breath draw you into the space of stillness and silence that resides within you.
Allow your breath to be full and deep and even,
Breathing from way in to way out.
Many meditation techniques focus first on the breath because it is so important to your mental and physical health and it is the way within which is where your natural healing resides.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper and deeper into a relaxed,
Serene and tranquil state.
This is so healthy for your mind and for your body to take the time to relax,
Restore,
And renew.
Now visualize or imagine a beautiful amethyst light coming in through the top of your head,
Starting to slowly move down your body from above to below.
This is a beautiful,
Powerful healing light.
This light is connected with the light above and around,
A divine light,
A powerful light,
A healing light because it heals every cell,
Every fiber,
Every organ of your body,
Restoring all of these to their healthy and normal state.
Relieving stress while penetrating your tissues and muscles deeply,
Relaxing.
This light is relieving any pain or discomfort,
Moving out toxins,
Increasing serotonin levels,
Decreasing fatigue.
You are completely relaxed.
See this light removing all discomfort and any hormonal imbalance you may be experiencing,
Restoring your body to perfect health.
This is a deepening light because it will bring you to a deep level of peace and relaxation.
Allow yourself to go even deeper now.
Next visualize or imagine this healing light continuing to spread past your forehead,
Behind your eyes,
Smoothing out the muscles of your eyes,
Beneath your scalp,
Relaxing these muscles,
Calming your mind,
Working for your greatest good,
Deepening your state,
Relaxing you even more as it smoothly spreads into your jaw,
Relaxing all of the muscles around your mouth and you feel more and more peaceful and relaxed.
As this healing light spreads down now from your jaw into the back of your head and into your neck,
Completely filling up the muscles and nerves with this brilliant,
Bright,
Soothing light and now the light spreads to your throat and your vocal cords,
Getting rid of any irritation and you go even deeper into a blissful state.
And now this beautiful,
Amethyst healing light spreads into your shoulders and down your arms to your hands and fingers,
Heating and massaging your cells as you go even deeper.
Fears and worries fall away.
Healthier thoughts are bubbling up in your mind.
Your heart is light,
Feeling hopeful and optimistic.
Now you can see and feel the light spreading down from your shoulders into your upper back and chest,
Completely relaxing all of the muscles and nerves of the upper back and the spinal cord and now you are feeling so peaceful.
The light flows into your lungs.
They're glowing beautifully in the light,
Healing and it fills your heart,
Healing your heart and now the light moves into your stomach,
Moving down both legs to your feet and your toes,
Increasing your circulation,
Warming and soothing.
Next visualize or imagine this light is surrounding the outside of your body as well and you are in a halo or a cocoon of healing light.
No harm can come through this light,
Only goodness and positive loving energy.
So let's spend a few more moments here,
Enjoying the tremendous benefits of your relaxed state,
Remembering gratitude and love as your source,
Knowing that you will carry all of this calm,
Wonderful energy throughout the rest of your day.
Slowly and when you're ready,
Return your attention to this room.
You can take your time.
I'll count up from 10 to 1 and by the time I reach 1,
You will feel rested and perfectly healthy.
