I choose to be fully present in every experience.

My mind is focused on the here and now.

I find joy in the simplicity of each moment.

Leaving the past behind.

I allow myself to fully experience each moment as it comes.

I am here,

I am now,

I am present.

I breathe in the present,

Releasing the past and the future.

I find peace in the stillness of this moment.

I embrace the beauty of life unfolding in the present.
