Let's take a minute to get comfy,

And take a slow breath in,

And let it out gently.

Feel your body beginning to rest.

Now,

Imagine walking into a beautiful forest.

The air smells fresh,

And sunlight sparkles through the trees.

As you walk,

You notice a gentle animal coming toward you.

It might be a puppy,

A dolphin,

An owl,

Or another friend.

This animal looks at you with kind eyes,

And you know right away that it is here to help you feel safe and calm.

Your animal friend walks beside you.

When you breathe in,

You feel their strength.

When you breathe out,

You feel their calm.

They want you to know you are never alone.

You can visit your animal friend anytime you need comfort or courage.

And take one more slow breath,

Feeling their love and support.

And when you are ready,

Thank your animal,

And then slowly open your eyes.

May you have a wonderful day,

And always remember,

You are loved,

You are whole,

You are enough.
