Welcome.
In today's meditation we will be using our breath,
Our imagination,
Our senses and our intention to create greater energy flow into the lower part of our body.
Sometimes our energy can become stuck or suspended in the upper body if we're feeling anxious,
Not present,
If there's fear.
But when we breathe and inhabit more of the lower body we naturally become more whole.
We have greater access to all of ourselves,
All of our gifts.
We feel grounded and we also nourish our digestive system,
Our emotional centers,
Our reproductive system and our connection to the earth through our feet.
So we'll start in a comfortable seated position or lying down and just begin to focus on your breathing as it naturally is without any agenda.
Through your nostrils feeling an exit your body through your nostrils and understand that as you're breathing in you're drinking in life force for all of your cells to operate,
Contribute to the functioning of this incredible energetic machine that is you.
As you breathe in the air passes through your cells through windmills lighting up and sending energy through.
As you breathe in you're drawing energy into a kaleidoscope seeing all the colors shift and shape in response to the new life coming into your being.
So as you're breathing in connect to an image that connected to you be it the windmills or the kaleidoscope or simply the drawing in of life force into your being.
On your exhale I'd like you to imagine releasing flushing energy down towards the lower part of your body.
As you exhale you're creating more space in the lower part of your body.
The energy flows there like water filling a container.
As you exhale flushing the energy down into your abdomen.
Exhaling flushing the energy down through your pelvis.
Exhale flushing the energy down into your thighs.
Exhale flushing the energy all the way down into your feet.
And then stay here on the soles of your feet feeling all the sensations here.
Complete the sensitivity of your feet all the nerve endings.
All the information that they can pick up on.
How they read the vibrational stories of the world around and underneath them.
In the same way that our hands enable us to extend and receive energy from others through a hug through loving touch.
Through feeling an object and understanding it.
So too can the feet.
Guide us through the world.
Make sense of the world.
Connect us to the earth.
Now bring your attention to whatever part of your body is connecting to the floor.
If you're sitting could be the yoni,
The sit bones.
You're lying down could be the entire back part of your body.
Or if you're on a chair could be the soles of your feet.
Tune into how this part of your body connects you to the earth.
And imagine that the earth is meeting you halfway.
And between you a bridge is created.
A bridge where energy can pass through from either side to either side.
And on your exhale you can not only send energy downwards inhabiting the lower part of your body.
Balancing the flow of energy in your being.
You can also exhale releasing any energy that may not serve you.
Sending it back to the origin place.
And as you inhale you can imagine drawing in any medicine that may be needed in your life right now.
Any qualities of being.
Any miracles.
And as you exhale the things you no longer need.
You make space in your being for the things you are receiving.
Tune into this cycle as you breathe out making space in your being.
Waving the old ways of being down the river.
Back to the source of creation.
And on the next inhale you're breathing in the new which takes the place of the old.
And this new energy circulates around your body.
Finding its place.
Integrating.
Being absorbed into your reality.
Enjoy a few more cycles of this visual.
Drawing in the miracles.
Making space for them through the exhale.
And then you can come back the intention of flushing energy down to the lower part of your body on the exhale.
And once you've done this enough that you feel as if there's an equal spread of energy in the top half of your body and the lower half of your body.
Release that visual and just feel all of the energy circulating through your body as one whole unit.
Feel into this even more by releasing any areas of tension.
Inviting them to expand into deep relaxation.
And feel how the energy shifts.
Feel how the energy expands.
More spacious.
And feel yourself begin to merge with your surroundings.
Feeling that your energy at its source is exactly the same energy of the floor beneath you.
The air around you.
The fabric of the clothes that you're wearing.
Even the sounds you hear are vibrations.
And feel yourself at home.
Feel how you are meeting and as you meet the energy of the moment with your wholeness.
Feel that you are home and that you belong.
You belong here in this energy.
You belong here in the energy of creation.
One hand to your belly and one hand to your heart.
Closing this circuit of energy and coming back to your unit of energy in the cosmos which is your body.
Bringing your awareness back to separate form of your entity.
And feel within this separate form all of the energy of the cosmos that you were connected to before.
It's all still within you.
Complete power.
Complete bliss.
Complete love.
Complete.
And bring your hands in front of your heart in a prayer position.
And honor the divine within yourself.
And when you're ready you can come back to your breath.
Entering your body through your nostrils.
And exiting the body through your nostrils.
You can come back to the sounds around you.
And you can blink open your eyes and go forward in your day with greater wholeness.
