This meditation encourages a more equal energy flow between the top and lower parts of the body, using imagery to create spaciousness in and guide breath to the lower body. We then use the lower body as a portal to experience our wholeness, oneness with the cosmos and the universe within. It can be supportive for coming back into safety after anxiety or fear, surrendering, connecting to the earth and experiencing yourself as consciousness.
