In this meditation, we connect the heart and womb centers through visualization and synchronized, figure-of-8 breathing. The objective is to bring connection, flow, and harmony between these two energy centers in the body. It can be particularly appropriate during menstruation to enter awareness of our bodies during this time, for cultivating self-love and balance, and for choosing to cultivate harmony, balance, and flow during or after emotional upset or conflict.
