Transcript

Stop overthinking and make decisions with confidence.

Overthinking about the right decision or worrying about something not in your control results in anxiety,

Mental blockage,

And insecurity.

Confidently making decisions comes from tapping into your neutral state of mind,

The space where infinite solutions,

Infinite possibilities,

And perspectives are available to you to find the solution for your highest good.

Find yourself in a comfortable seated position,

Placing your feet on the floor,

Sitting straight with your spine upright.

If you're on a chair,

Just allow yourself to place your hands on your knees.

You can do this powerful visualization anytime,

Anywhere.

And as you close your eyes to tune into your body,

Take your first deep inhale in through your nose,

Envisioning that slow breath coming from the soles of your feet,

Riding up your body as you blow it out,

Exhaling from your mouth.

Inhaling again,

Envisioning the energy from the earth flowing through the soles of your feet,

Grounding you into your body,

Allowing you to feel safe and understand the emotions that are flowing through you and exhaling fully through your mouth.

Inhaling one last time with your palms pressing into the thighs,

Breathing in,

Grounding yourself into your body,

Being aware of where the tension resides inside of yourself,

Directing your breath to that space as you exhale out of your mouth.

Coming back to a normal breath as you breathe in through your nose and exhale through your nose.

And as you relax into the breath,

Into your body,

Into the space that is blocked and feels tension,

At this moment I want you to visualize going to a place that represents the emotions that you feel at this moment.

Breathing in and allowing whatever space and location to come into your mind's eye that represents your state of being.

If you're calm,

You might find yourself relaxing on a beach.

If your mind feels busy and chaotic,

You might find yourself in the chaos of an urban city,

Feeling lost,

Noisy,

And overwhelmed.

Or maybe if you're fearful,

You might find yourself in a canoe all alone in the ocean rocking to powerful thunderstorm.

Based on how you feel,

Just take yourself to envision a place at this moment.

Observe the colors and the sounds and the feelings or sensations that this place symbolizes for your emotions.

And regardless how you feel in this moment,

We're going to give ourselves permission to release attachment to this place,

To the state of being and to this emotion.

And at this moment,

I want you to invite a wind friend,

A beautiful companion that's always been with you from the moment you were born to guide and support you whenever you need help.

Inviting your friend to come through to see you,

Maybe it's a dragon or a bird or a magic carpet,

Or maybe your own angel wings are blossoming out of your back.

But your winged friend is here to help you rise above the emotion and release it.

Taking you away from this place,

Even if it feels calm and peaceful,

Releasing attachment.

And as you step aboard,

Taking leap into flight,

Rising above this location,

From a bird's eye view,

You look down as you fly up and up and up into the sky as the location gets smaller and smaller and smaller.

Seeing it from this higher perspective,

You may see the bigger picture more clearly.

You feel a relief as you release the attachment to this place and the emotion.

And as you soar in the sky and the clouds,

You rise even higher,

Rising up,

Up,

Up into the depths of the darkness of space,

Where there's complete stillness and quiet and peace.

As you rise up,

You will allow yourself to open up to infinite possibilities,

Infinite dimensions of peace and truth,

Infinite lightness as it flows through your body as you completely have detached from the emotional state of your body and being.

Taking a deep breath in from this light,

Bright and free space,

The space of your higher truth,

Allowing it to vibrate and open every cell of your body,

Opening you up to receive the divine wisdom that's available to you.

When you choose to open your heart,

You release the thinking of your mind and allow intuition to flow through,

To tap into the solutions of your highest good.

Bringing this neutral space into your current life,

We're going to take a deep inhale in and a deep exhale out.

Staying in this place,

Bringing this place with you as you open your eyes,

Allow yourself to raise your face to the heavens,

Opening your heart to the wisdom that will serve you and trusting that everything that you need and the answers will come when the time is right.

Staying in this place to remain open,

Allow yourself to co-create your life with the support and wisdom of the universe.

You are partners in creating the most peaceful and glorious life that you desire.

And from this space,

Move on with your day,

Trusting that wisdom will follow you.

Know that if your mind returns back to chaos,

You can turn back to this meditation and tap back into your inner peace.

And as you return,

Let go and let peace fill you up as you move on with your day.

what an incredible meditation. the visualization was so effective and reassuring, I came to this with some anxiety about a choice I need to make but upon ending the meditation, I knew I always know what to do, I just have to find it within me once I detach from the anxious emotion. I sat with this for an extra 5 minutes and was just washed with gratitude. thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️
