The claim you're worth meditation.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position,
Either crisscross on the floor or sitting on a chair with your feet firmly pressed on the ground.
Allow your spine to be straight,
Your shoulders to be relaxed away from your ears.
Opening up your heart so that the shoulder blades come closer to each other,
Lifting your heart to the heavens,
Raising your closed eyes to the clouds above.
Bringing your palms of your hands to rest on your knees with the palms facing up and receiving mudra or hand position.
As you relax into this pose,
Letting go of the day and embracing your power,
Taking in a deep inhale in through your nose and gently exhale fully out through your mouth.
Inhale deeply as you expand your belly,
Expand your heart and let that wave of peace ride up through your body,
Pausing for a moment before you exhale out fully.
Continue to breathe in slowly through your nose,
Now exhaling out through your nose to calm the mind,
The nervous system,
Your heart.
Giving ourselves attention,
Focus and love may feel uncomfortable at first.
We might have been taught that we only received attention when we acted in a way that pleased others.
This meditation will help you reclaim your power,
Help you love yourself more than anyone else can love you.
It will help you reclaim your worth and remember that you are worthy of living the very best life.
One that is more peaceful with fleeting moments of chaos.
One with more joy and fleeting moments of disappointment.
A life with more calmness and clarity with fleeting moments of stress.
Opening yourselves up to accept the gifts of the divine and the abundance of the universe.
Give yourself permission to reclaim the freedom and love you were born with.
In order to change our life and to live the life of our dream,
The first step is permission.
After each mantra,
Repeat it out loud or in your mind and let it settle into your body,
Mind and soul.
Until it's one with you and your consciousness.
