I will guide you each step of the way.
There will be moments of silence and an opportunity for you to visualize.
To begin,
Please get yourself into a comfortable position.
You can lie or sit.
Your eyes can be opened or closed.
Simply become aware of your breath as you breathe in and breathe out at your own pace.
You're simply getting comfortable now,
Allowing the brow to relax,
The shoulders to relax,
The jaw to relax.
You are now beginning to mentally step into your day with positivity and purpose.
And so you begin to visualize energy.
Energy vibrantly surrounding you.
Your head and shoulders,
Your torso and legs,
Your limbs and fingertips and toes.
This energy,
Fizzy and gentle and bright like bubbles in a champagne glass.
Are gently reverberating in and around you.
As you continue to feel this energy in and around you,
Vibrant,
Bubbly,
Effervescent,
Gentle,
Yet alive,
Suddenly the light,
Like the rays of the sun,
Become clear to you.
Underneath your closed eyes,
Lights of orange,
Red,
In the center of your heart,
Radiating,
Beaming,
Beautiful.
Surrounding your body,
Joining the effervescence of your energy,
This light emanates out.
It is your light.
It is you.
And you bask in your light,
Feeling the gentle pulse of your energy.
You bask in your light,
Allowing yourself to be filled with the motivation to express it.
Breathing in and breathing out your light.
As you breathe deeply in and out at your perfect pace,
Your energy and your light begin to check off items of your to-do list effortlessly.
Each task is completed easily with your effervescent energy and your beautiful,
Bright light.
See yourself smiling.
Feel yourself confident.
Express yourself,
Even now,
Joyfully.
As you imagine yourself interacting with others,
You are motivated,
Are inspired.
Your energy and your light motivates others.
You breathe in your motivation now,
Anchoring it in all the way,
Taking this wonderful,
Glorious revelation with you.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
You begin to bring your awareness back to this very present moment,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and opening your eyes.
