I open up to guidance on how to let the day's events go.

I open up to assistance on how to let my stress just leave my body now.

I awaken and allow your help to allow me to experience the peace that passes all understanding,

I turn over my stress and burdens.

I release my thoughts and previous actions.

I let go now and simply allow you to wash over me,

To help me to rest,

Help me to rejuvenate.
