I'm Tee Marie,

Welcoming you to this guided meditation for evening reflection.

This evening meditation will help you unwind and reflect with gratitude.

To begin,

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes,

If you can,

And take a deep series of cleansing breaths,

In and out,

At a pace that is comfortable for you.

Begin to review your day,

Starting from the very moment that you woke up.

Begin to acknowledge each action you took and each decision you made.

If and when judgments come up,

Simply become aware of them and let them go.

We're simply reviewing the day now,

Acknowledging actions and decisions.

Remembering to breathe as you review and acknowledge the actions and decisions of this day.

If there are moments of tension or regret,

Return even deeper to the breath.

Breathing deeply in and deeply out at your own comfortable pace.

As you visualize those tensions and regrets dissolving like the fine sands of an hourglass.

Deeply breathe in and out and visualize moments of tension or regret dissolving into the past.

As you continue to review your day,

The acknowledgements of each action and decision.

Celebrate your accomplishments,

No matter how small they may seem.

Feel a sense of gratitude for this day's experiences.

What are all the small and large things you can celebrate about today?

Remembering to breathe in and out.

And now we welcome a sense of gratitude.

Gratitude for the acknowledgement of each action taken.

Gratitude for the decisions.
