Hello beautiful soul and welcome to your I love you me meditation.

My name is Tara Love Perry and you can find all the information about me and the services I offer at www.

So prepare yourself to fall in love with every single little part of you.

Allow yourself to lie or sit in a comfortable position where your head and your neck and your spine is supported or you're able to completely relax and let go.

I invite you to close your eyes to soften your forehead,

To soften the tissues around your sinuses,

All the muscles in your cheeks and around your nose and your eye sockets.

To gently relax all the muscles around your cheekbones,

Around your jaw,

All around your gums and your teeth and your throat.

Even open your mouth,

Let it hang loose and begin to receive gentle waves of breath in through your soft open mouth.

Let it be effortless like a breeze blowing into a room so that you don't strain your throat or make your throat dry and sore.

Let it be like a baby receiving your first breath,

Soft,

Surrendered and trusting every breath that comes into your mouth and out of your mouth.

Surrender to being breathed.

And as you completely soften all around your head,

Sides of your head,

Back of your head,

Top of your head,

As if you could breathe into your brain,

Into all of the thinking parts of your mind and let every single part of your brain relax.

As if the wave of your in-breath is coming in through your awareness,

Through the soft part of your face in the front,

Through the soft open mouth,

As if that wave of your breath is coming up and filling your entire head space and gently releasing and cleansing you.

And as you do that,

Relaxing yourself even more,

Bring your attention to your third eye point in the centre of your forehead between your eyes.

And as you bring your attention here,

Maybe also bring your hand,

Connect with your physical touch and bring your awareness here,

Fully present.

And I'm going to invite you to do something that you've probably never done before.

I invite you to say out loud to yourself,

Hello me.

Hello me,

Hear my third eye.

Ah,

Breathe it in.

Notice how it feels to receive your words and notice if any part of you responds when you engage in a communication.

And on your next in-breath and when you feel comfortable,

Say to this part of yourself,

I love you me.

I love you awareness of me.

And breathe the words in like a beautiful fragrance on the air and see how it feels to let those words land,

Noticing any response.

And as you continue to breathe in your words,

I love you me into this part of yourself,

Allow your breath to bring more light that with every in-breath you are breathing light,

Not just into the space of your third eye centre,

But into the whole of your mind.

Breathing in and receiving the spirit of life that you are.

I love you mind of me.

See how that feels to say those words out loud so that your own ears can hear them,

So that your own mind can receive them.

And say thank you me in my mind.

Breathing in and receiving that beautiful acknowledgement.

Well done.

You can say those words to yourself also.

Well done mind.

Well done me.

And soften and relax and allow.

And when you feel ready on your next in-breath,

Bring your attention down to your throat centre and use the breath like an elevator that gently brings your awareness down to the next floor,

The next level.

No hurry,

No rush.

And notice as you soften the jaw and soften the throat even more,

How you can openly receive the breath in through the mouth,

Let it ripple across your tongue and fill up this throat space,

Allowing every muscle,

Every tube,

Every fibre of your throat to become as soft as a brand new baby,

Unconditionally receiving the breath as it is given.

And now bring your awareness here.

Bring your touch.

Gently engage your fingertips or the palm of your hand with your throat area.

And notice how it feels to have your awareness here.

Again,

Letting go of any tension and really surrendering to being breathed.

And say to your throat centre,

Hello throat.

Ah,

Exhaling any tension,

Any stress,

Any unspoken words that have got stuck there or anything that you've swallowed that just needs to be released.

And to this vital channel of your throat,

I invite you to say the words out loud,

I love you throat.

I love you me in my throat.

And just say the words and without judgement,

Without censorship and filtering,

Just allow the words to be received by your throat.

Like a little mini you that's waiting to hear those words.

I love you me in my throat.

And let the energy of those words and let that love spread with every in-breath throughout all parts of your neck and your throat.

Receiving and breathing your love.

And really letting yourself let go of anything that no longer serves you and return to unconditional love.

And you can say thank you me,

Thank you throat.

Well done throat.

Breathe the words in,

Let it land.

And just notice any sensations or feelings that arise.

Breathe into them,

Embrace them with your breath.

And try to really not have any control at all,

Just breathing in and receiving everything.

Thank you.

Now gently allowing your breath to go a little bit deeper,

Like that elevator happening in the centre of you.

Allowing your awareness to sink down through the upper chest into the higher heart area of the breastbone.

And then even deeper still right into the centre of your heart,

Right in the centre of your breast.

And allow your awareness to pause there in your heart area.

And breathe in and receive your breath.

And allow your breath to gently expand this space as you trust the breath to breathe you effortlessly.

Allowing your physical body to open and receive and be expanded.

As if all the little corners and crevices of your heart chamber and your heart area were being opened and receiving the light of your breath,

The Holy Spirit that you are.

Notice how it feels to receive your breath,

Totally trusting.

And say hello heart.

Hello me in my heart.

And let those words ring around the chamber of your heart.

Let your beautiful acknowledgement touch your heart deeply as you breathe your words in.

And let your love spread.

And say to your heart with your hand there,

I love you heart.

And I love you me in my heart.

And breathe in and let the words land and sink in.

And let go of any control.

And as you continue to breathe in and receive,

And you can continue to say those words again,

I love you me in my heart.

I love you heart.

You can let that love spread throughout the whole of the heart region of your body.

You can let that breath spread that love,

That unconditional light throughout the whole of your heart area of your chest,

Including the back of your chest,

The back of your shoulder blades and all around the sides,

That whole area can be filled with the lightness of your breath and your words of love.

As you drink it in and receive your own love.

And say well done heart,

Thank you.

Breathing in and receiving your gratitude,

Your acknowledgement of your beautiful heart.

And as you feel comfortable,

Allow your next breath to dive deeper down inside of you.

Moving down into the top of the stomach.

And bring your hands to that place as well.

Trusting,

Following,

Allowing your breath to expand your stomach region or your solar plexus region of your body deep inside you.

See if you can unconditionally receive your breath in this place,

Releasing all tension,

All control,

All resistance,

Any tightness or blockages in this area.

Just allow your breath to gently meet them.

Trust your body to unfurl and unfold and release.

And meet this part of you with your words by saying hello me.

Hello me here in my stomach or my solar plexus,

Whatever feels good and right to you.

Or just hello me here where your hands are in a general area of your tummy.

Ah,

Breathe it in.

Let this feeling expand.

Let the words expand you.

And speak your words of love to yourself.

I love you stomach.

I love you me in this part of my body.

And as your awareness lands there,

Let your awareness be like a light so you can start to see around in this place and have a look.

Bring clarity.

Bring illumination.

Bring your breath and let your breath enlighten this whole space.

As you say again,

I love you me here in my tummy,

Here in my stomach,

Here in my solar plexus.

And a bit like drinking medicine,

Let those words slip down,

Soothing you,

Nurturing you,

Feeling wholesome and satisfying.

And bring gratitude to this space and say thank you,

Thank you me in this part of my body.

Thank you stomach.

Thank you solar plexus.

Well done.

And let those words,

Like a medicine,

Heal and soothe you wherever you need them to go.

Breathing in,

Letting them land and letting them sink in to wherever you most need it.

And when you feel full and satiated and when you feel ready,

Gently allow your breath to take you down,

Deep down to the next level.

And even bring your hand just below your belly button,

Down into the sacral area of your body,

Above the pubic bone.

Let your breath drop effortlessly,

Following the guidance of it,

Following its agenda,

Its direction to deliver you in a deeper place inside of yourself in this sacral area.

Opening and surrendering and trusting and allowing your awareness to follow the breath.

And notice what it looks like,

What it feels like for you to be present inside this part of you.

Connecting with your hands,

Softening the hips,

Allowing the backbone to totally relax and be held.

And as you breathe in and receive into this space,

Say hello me here in this sacral part of me.

Hello,

Sacral area of me.

Let those words find their way to open and ignite this space,

Activating your sacred energies,

Your energy of creation,

The birthplace of this body and your soul.

And breathing in and receiving,

Surrendered,

Say out loud to yourself,

I love you me here in my sacral area.

I love you,

Sacred me.

Breathing in and receiving and really letting go any thoughts,

Any judgments,

Any feelings,

Any tightness in any part of the body.

Let yourself really become heavy,

So soft and surrendered like a baby.

Coming back to your innocence,

Coming back to your original essence.

I love you me.

And let those words permeate the way that raindrops permeate a dry soil and bring new life to a place.

New seeds of intention can drink in this water of your words and sprout new life,

New growth,

New opportunities,

New creations,

New possibilities for your soul.

Breathe and receive and allow whatever wants to happen and say thank you me.

And as those feelings spread and that warmth spreads in this area,

Let your breath bring a gentle light and your love bring a wholeness to you.

Breathing in and deepening even more.

Allow your breath to let you drop your awareness gently to the very deepest part of your body,

Deep down inside of you as you meet your base centre,

As you meet your perineum from the inside of you.

As you meet the earth,

The ground,

The seat where you're sitting or lying,

The densest part of you.

And say hello me in my base centre.

And you can gently allow your hands to rest in this place,

Connecting lovingly with your touch,

Acknowledging this powerful centre that's brought you into birth and into this earth,

Grounding you.

And breathe in and receive your mortal,

Physical,

Human body.

Breathing in and receiving every single dense particle of your matter.

And as you breathe out,

Allowing it to be heavy and soft,

Completely relaxing in trust that you are totally held by the earth and by your breath.

And as your awareness lands into this place,

Let it bring a gentle light,

Just enough for you to see by.

And let this beautiful light gently light every single part of you inside,

In a really humble way,

In a really sacred way,

Like a candlelight.

And allow your breath to bring your full consciousness here.

And as you take your next breath,

Say to yourself here,

I love you,

Physical me.

I love you,

Embodied me.

I love you,

Me in my base centre.

I love you,

Earthly me.

Breathe in those words.

Notice whatever thoughts or feelings or sensations are happening in the body.

Breathing in and accepting and receiving everything unconditionally.

Breathing out and relaxing ever more deeply,

Surrendering into the depths of your being.

And say,

Well done me.

Say this out loud to yourself,

Thank you me for being here in this body,

On this earth right now.

And breathe those words in,

Noticing how that feels with consciousness and love and let go.

And let that love and awareness spread throughout every single particle of your body,

Into your hips,

Into your thighs,

Into your knees,

Your lower legs,

Your feet,

All around your belly,

Your back,

Your rib cage,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your shoulders,

Back of your neck,

Back of your head,

Sides of your face and top of your head,

And out through the fingertips of your body.

Thank you me.

And you can wrap your arms around you at this point or hold yourself anywhere that feels loving and safe and beautifully acknowledging of you.

And say,

Well done me.

Thank you me for being here.

I love you.

I love you all that I am right now.

And breathe in.

And as if every single tiny particle,

Every cell in your body is expanding and bursting open like a little seed that's been nurtured and watered.

And allow that energy to keep expanding open this beautiful new life,

Beautiful loving energy expanding out all around you,

Into all the layers of your energy field.

Out,

Out,

Out around you.

And say this again,

I love you me and all that I am.

Thank you for being here.

Well done.

Breathing in and receiving the wonderful feedback that your body and your energy field will be giving you.

Meeting yourself,
