Welcome to Taoist Everywhere.
Let this short meditation to help you release from stress,
Anxiety,
From lack of money.
Please take a seat or find a quiet place to lie down.
Even though you are in a state that feels like threatening,
Like the end of the life,
You may feel being threatened to death.
Knowing that you are fine,
You will not die,
You're not going to die,
This all will be fine.
This all will go away.
Now you have seated and find yourself a good place to rest and get ready to relaxation.
Let's start with breathing to soothe your body.
Let's start with inhale and exhale.
Another round.
Inhale and exhale.
Last round.
Inhale and exhale.
Now let's do a body scan imagining you're like water.
Water is a core concept in Taoism.
The highest good is like water.
It doesn't force anything to happen,
Yet it flows with everything and it nourishes everything.
Be like water.
Now imagine yourself as a soft flowy liquid.
You can visualize yourself as a small stream flowing through the rocks or a mildly flowing river.
Visualize yourself as the water.
Where are you now?
What are you flowing through?
What obstacles do you come through?
As you imagine yourself as a soft liquid,
Relax your back a little more.
Relax the muscle a little more.
Relax your neck a little more.
A little more.
Relax your neck a little more.
Relax your shoulder a little more.
Relax your spine a little more.
Relax your lower back a little more.
Relax your hip a little more.
Relax your ab muscles a little more.
As you are flowing through more rocks,
Imagine yourself even softer.
Your bones are getting soft.
Your muscles are getting soft.
You are gradually flowing into the stream or river.
You have been permeating into the water body.
You are the water now.
You are a full body of flowing water flowing through everything it passes by.
You have no resistance to anything.
Now visualize a thing like what you have now.
What is the thing that you have been struggling with?
What does that struggle feel like?
Imagine you are the water.
Is it a rock that's stopping you?
Is it a hole that you are falling into?
Is it a huge waterfall that makes you falling down?
No matter which way,
Follow the flow of the body that you have embodied.
Where are you now?
Are you still flowing?
Are you still within the water flow even after falling down?
Even after splashing with the rocks?
Even after falling into a hole?
Where are you now?
You are still there.
You are still like water flowing and flowing and flowing.
Now as you visualize yourself keeps flowing with the water body.
Gradually brings your mind back into your own body.
Three,
Two,
One.
Take a deep breath,
Inhale.
Another round,
Inhale.
Two,
One.
As you exhale,
Feel your body as you move around.
Move your toes,
Wiggle your fingers and other body parts.
How was that water experience for you?
How does the struggle feels like to you now?
How do you feel like countering those blockages and obstacles that you are facing now?
If you are still like that water,
What would you do to better cope with that struggle or obstacle?
I hope this meditation help you stay calm,
Grounded and flowing.
